You'll be part of the Lost Key Golf and Beach Club, now featuring Pickleball courts, in Perdido Key, a desirable private community home to an 18-hole Arnold Palmer golf course. You'll be able to walk to the private beach club on the Gulf of Mexico, where you're welcome to dine, swim, fish, and enjoy the only tropical bar on the beach in Perdido Key. You will have complimentary unlimited beach chairs and umbrellas at the Beach Club, seasonally and weather permitting. You'll also be two miles east of Perdido Key State Park, two and a half miles west of Johnson Beach National Seashore, and five miles east of such local landmarks as The Flora-Bama. We love that it is pet friendly with dog beach near by. The pool on beach and in resort area are both a plus. Also enjoyed the gym. Everything is pristine clean except the condo we stayed in. The carpet and furniture were pretty stained and dirty looking. Definitely need a facelift. Not much equipment in kitchen but okay. It was quiet and well located. ##### Julie P. As soon as you walk in, you get hit with a terrible smoke smell. Some of the furniture-the couch in particular-were so dirty we didn't want to sit on it without covering it first.Attention to detail was lacking. Fan in living room was caked with visible dust. Walls and switches were dirty. A couple of pillow cases were stained. Small pieces of trash found on floor in bedrooms. But that smoke smell soaked into everything and was disgusting. Definitely considering returning sometime in the future, since we love this part of the southern coast. Just a heads up on some maintenance in the bathroom by the kitchen. The toilet mechanism leaks unless you shift the flapper to the right. Either need to replace that flapper with a larger flapper or put some rubber washer on the left side to keep it to the right. Also, the toilet paper holder left bracket top screw/anchor is loose, so that holder sometimes gets too loose and falls off. Need to replace that screw and anchor. I also mentioned previously about the bottom right shelf on the refrigerator having a busted shelf. It was broken when we arrived and I left the shelf on the kitchen counter. I just mention these items to make sure you are aware. I also own rental property in Colorado and know it is beneficial to know the maintenance issues as quickly as possible. ##### Jeff S. However the management does not give you all the information you need. Entry code did not work upon arrival.
