Free Beach Service! Great Resort! Welcome to Destin West Gulfside #214! I'm Frank, your host for this great vacation property. This very nice beach condo is a 3 bedroom / 2 full bath. This beach condo is located in the Gulfside building at Destin West Beach and Bay Resort. The resort has direct beach access, many pools, hot tubs, and a lazy river. This is a great vacation destination. I am dedicated to providing my guests excellent service and a nice vacation rental. To help improve your stay we provide extra housekeeping amenities such as beach towels, laundry detergent, bath soaps, keurig w/ starter pods, and more. I look forward hosting your group for a beach trip! Notes... The bunk room in this condo has been upgraded compared to other units in the building. The bunk is a twin over full configuration. A door has been added to create an actual room rather than an open area. Another bonus is the sleeper sofa in this condo includes a unique 8 inch thick comfortable mattress. The sleeper is easy to pull out and much more comfortable than a standard sleeper sofa. You will be very close to the parking garage which is extremely convenient. The unit also provides a great view of the pool, hot tub, and the Gulf. When you are ready to join the fun activities and action below, you have quick and easy access to the ground floor. The condo is great for one or two families. It’s a beautiful property that overlooks the pool and you can see the ocean. The pool is amazing and free beach chair set-up is included. You just have to put your name on the list at the beach at 9am. Our family agreed this was the best condo we’ve stayed at and we’ve been to Siesta Key, Myrtle Beach and Clearwater over the past 12 years. The Lazy River across the street is included and we visited The Island next door. The only negative I would say is that the pullout couch cushions and side of the fridge were pretty dirty. The location is perfect and this unit has the most beautiful view! The owner Frank was extremely pleasant to speak with and so was his manager Amanda. I would highly recommend staying here! The 3rd bedroom with bunk beds has a door that can be closed for privacy. We put the loudest snorer in there! Being a 2nd floor unit is very convenient. I used the stairs all weekend. However, that also means you are close to the hottub; so we had to deal with a couple of loud, late hottub parties (not any fault of the condo owners). The only reason I did not give 5 star review is because there was a musty odor in the condo for the 1st couple of days. It wasn't horrible, and it definitely subsided by the time we left. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Amanda was also helpful when we were having remote control issues. It all worked out. Thank you. ##### Rhonda Z. We went straight to the condo. We had already received our parking pass in an email and parking was steps from the condo. 2\. We were pleasantly surprised to be supplied with dishwashing liquid, dishwasher liquid, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, toilet paper, paper towels, beach towels. 3\. The pool bands were already in the condo (10 of them). The condo property is beachside and has a huge pool and huge hot tub. We also had access to The Island property next door with a grotto and swim up bar (I don't drink but it was super cool and had non-alcoholic choices). It had multiple pools and a heart shaped hot tub. There was also a grill with food and a tiki bar beachside. 4\. Across a catwalk there is a beautiful pool with a lazy river bay side with amazing views. 5\. We had one tiny issue when the internet went out. The owner responded immediately and the issue was resolved within minutes. The condo property is perfect for kids and the pools next door are perfect for adults. Pools clean but they need to keep pool decks cleaner/swept. Lazy river relaxing lots of floats. We really enjoyed our stay. ##### Cindy N. It’s an older establishment that could do with a facelift but as far as what it claims to be, it was spot on. Everything was exactly as described and the pictures were spot on. The only thing we missed was the last river and pools in that area are across the road and while easy to access from the bridge, it takes a couple of minutes to get to. All in all it was perfect for us and we had a great time and would definitely recommend. ##### Jonathan L.
