The staff was helpful and professional, but I wish I'd known the lower hotel didn't have an elevator, I would have gotten a room in the main hotel.

Asked for a non smoking room, and it smelled of smoke so bad I had to wait outside and call on my cell to request for another room. The second room was clean and well appointed, but it was a hassle to get to that point. Also, the area is rough. As a single woman, I was scared walking from the main building/check in, to the area where the rooms are at. It was dark in that section, and the stairway I had to take to the second floor, had its light burned out. It was dangerous and unsettling, the property should take this all into account to ensure the safety and well being of their guests. There is an option to take the elevator, however I could not even breathe in there from floor 1 to 2. I’m not dirt what the smell was from, guessing it was the dirty rubber mats. I wish I had a better review about the property but these are the facts from my experience. On the plus side, the staff were kind and helpful. Allowing me the option to store my luggage after checkout was a huge help.

Thank you for your review, I do apologize that your stay wasn't up to par. Safety is a key concern to us and we do have security patrolling the property late at night. We shall take a look at the lights at night to make sure none of the other lights are burned out either. Again I do apologize that your stay was less that satisfactory.

Double charged my credit card at check in. Started repairs/construction in the room directly above my room at 7:20 in the morning. Dogs going crazy in courtyard outside at 11:45 pm and people partying in common area until after 11. This stay was atrocious.

I always stay here when i go to Pensacola beach. Its 10 minute from the beach..like 15 to waffle house, walmart..etc..and close to cordova mall..loke 20 minutes. The hotel is clean. No carpet! I love it. And easy parking. Breakfast included.

Room floors need a good scrubbing,used a sanitized whips on the floor it was black...toilets need more maintenance attention flushing problems,needs more cleaning as you walk into the bath room see into the bowl is dirty,hair left from before on toilet...front desk was the nicest two great ladies check us inn...Very Profesional 👍

Location was great for downtown area. Bathroom was very unclean, lights kept turning off while in the room and the breakfast had nothing hot so had to go out to eat each morning.

It is set to a motion sensor timer for a certain distance and do apologize if the range was causing the sensor to turn the light on or off. I shall have my maintenance take a look at that sensor and address housekeeping on the bathroom situation. Again I do apologize for your stay not being up to par.

I made a reservation through Expedia about 20 minutes before we checked into the hotel. Upon arrival, we were informed that the hotel didnt actually have a room available comparable to what we booked. They offered to put us in a room with two dohble beds instead of one king bed without any change in price. We told them that this would jot work for us and that we would just go somewhere else. The person working the desk said that that could not process a refund and that we would have to call Expedia directly, "and that's a long shot." We called Expedia, and the person at the desk said again that he couldn't do a refuns because the manager wouldn't be in until the morning and that our chances of getting a refund were "slim to none." Again, they tried to convince us to take the room with the full beds. They were unhelpful, to say the least, and they actively tried to prevent us from getting a refund. The original problem wasn't their fault, but they definitely did not handle it well.

We do apologize for the inconvenience. It is a rare occurrence when a room type will sell out between the time it is booked and it populates in our reservation system. The staff member was truly just trying to offer the bigger room with two beds only as a means of accommodating you. Please be assured, it was in no way an effort not to refund you. Since, you had decided you did not want the alternate room, he did inform Expedia that it was your wish to cancel. Since it was a prepaid online booking, Expedia would be the party to process the refund. I have noted that the booking was cancelled on Expedia's part and they will be refunding you fully.Again, I do apologize for the convenience and I do hope you give us another chance to show we can provide a satisfactory experience.

Definitely a great spot!
The rating on the app seemed much lower than what we experienced. It made me hesitate to book, but we really enjoyed our stay. It is walking distance to the historic district, several restaurants and two breweries. And only five miles from the airport!

Parking lot is a little chaotic but other than that it was very clean inside the rooms. It is a walkable distance to downtown and to the bay center!

Very friendly front desk and cafe people. You can tell they like their job. I was in the pet section which seemed older which is fine. I had 2 dogs so I expected it. Was a long walk to get towels but I expected it. The bed sheets were clean and the bed was comfy but the pillows were cheap but a lot of them. The only part that did affect my stay were how dirty the floors were. I clean them a bit before I went to bed

After checking out our actual room and finding dirty mattress covers, really dirty curtains and dirty chair we immediately went out and found a better place to stay. I would like a refund on this room as we did not stay a single night

it is a very convenient location. parking was good, but might need to be re-designed somehow as there are narrow areas for a car to move in.
