The hot tub is only for the main house, and will be off limits for guests of this guest suite. This Guest Suite has its own private entrance (no interior shared spaces), and its very own fenced private back yard! The back yard to the main house is for main house only as well. Ring video doorbell (no other cameras anywhere on cottage) There are no holds on the security deposit and it will remain in your account, damage is only charged if we find damage after the stay. It was everything we needed. A short drive to the beach & town, a calm neighborhood and lots of green space for the dogs to enjoy. We will definitely be coming back here! There was a small fridge for our things and a charcoal grill to cook on. If you’re planning on cooking- I recommend bringing your own cutting board and cooking utensils! ##### Mia G. We slept in the twin Murphy beds and were comfy enough. Check in was super easy, the place was very clean, A/C cool, and a super convenient location to get to the beach, grocery stores, etc. The only not super ideal part of the space was the walk from the driveway to the unit, you have to walk all the way around the side of the house in the (usually wet) grass, and when it’s hot and you’re carrying a lot, it just wasn’t ideal :( That experience would be greatly improved with a walkway or some pavers, but I imagine they may be limited there with the house being right on the golf course. But for the price and the location, you can’t go wrong. Dylan was very responsive the whole time, overall highly recommend! ##### Drew MacKenzie S.
