This entire condo is a part of the The Brent Lofts vacation home rentals and located on the 3rd floor (elevator access). The historic building, built in 1906, offers the perfect balance of historic charm and modern amenities! Includes access to the fitness center and Sky Lounge patio area, ground floor lobby doubles as Brent Lofts Art Gallery. Direct street access to over 40 walkable restaurants and shops in the heart of Downtown Pensacola, Palafox Street! \*\*IMPORTANT NOTE: Starting January 5th, 2026 construction will begin on Palafox street in front of the Lofts until the end of May. All the shops, restaurants, and bars that we love so much will still be open! While we are so excited to see the end results, we are unsure of the environmental effects (i.e. noise) of construction on The Brent Loft interior condos such as this one. Entry to the Lofts and close parking will not be affected, as there are two additional entrances on the side and back of the building away from Palafox. Please bear in mind when booking, but especially Jan-Feb. We'd be happy to provide any information we can at your request. This particular condo DOES NOT overlook Palafox, but we would like to be transparent about the work occurring around the property. Thank you!\*\*\* Why Choose Us? Guests can enjoy direct Palafox St access via the lobby. Palafox Street hosts a variety of exciting events such as Palafox Market and parades throughout the year. Walk to over 40 restaurants, bars, and shops! Historic Pensacola Village, the Pensacola Bay, and the Blue Wahoo Stadium is only a short walk away. A convenient parking lot behind the Lofts makes for easy access to and from the property. Features and amenities Included Essentials \- Stay Connected: High-speed WIFI throughout the condo. \- Gourmet Ready: A dual coffee maker and a fully stocked kitchen with premium cookware, dishes, pots, strainers, and more to elevate your culinary experience. \-Consumables: In each condo, we provide a starter set of paper towels, toilet tissue, laundry/dish pods, coffee, and creamer. If your stay is longer than 3 days, we highly recommend bringing additional supplies. A few sets of towels will be placed in each bathroom. Feel free to use the laundry pods to refresh the towels during your stay or opt in for a room refresh for an addl cost. Amenities Guests of the Lofts can enjoy exclusive access to a fitness center and Sky Lounge patio area. On the same city block, you will find a variety of conveniences such as hair salon, spa, restaurants, and retail shopping. Parking While parking is not included in your stay, we do provide a special promo code for BL guests in the Premium Parking lot directly behind the Lofts. After discount, cost for parking is $10/day/plate. Discount code with instructions will be sent in Check In instructions a few days before arrival. There is city parking surrounding the Lofts on the side streets that is free until the end of Palafox construction (approx. May 24). Things to know If you plan on using the sleeper sofa, please let us know ahead of time so we can place the proper sheets in the condo. Your primary way of accessing the condo throughout your stay is key cards. 3 days before arrival, you will receive general check-in instructions with details about the property, parking instructions, etc. Then, few hours before your check in time, you will be sent codes for accessing the property and condo itself to obtain key cards. The lobby desk is unstaffed, so the check-in process is self-guided. We ask guests to please read over these items in detail for the most seamless check-in experience. \-Beach towels available to borrow upon request (limited supply so please ask beforehand) \-Leave the key cards in "Key Check In/Check Out" binder page at check out. \-Do not use the white towels for makeup removal- there are black washcloths in each bathroom for this purpose and we can provide more upon request. Please do not wash white laundry with colored laundry. Excessive staining on the white linens and towels may result in an automatic stained linen charge of $25. We were there for gallery night and a show at the Saenger, so the location right on Palafox was perfect. There was a craft show in the park on Saturday which was nice. There are lots of great restaurants and bars you can walk to. The room was beautiful, modern, and very clean, perfect for our 3 day stay. We would definitely stay again! This unit in the Brent Lofts was superior in every way. First of all, we could’ve just moved in, because it had every amenity: full kitchen, dishes, dishwasher, washer and dryer, not to mention a separate BR. It was also the cleanest place we’ve stayed. It looked as if we were the first guests to stay there, ever! There wasn’t a spec of dirt or stray hair anywhere. It was immaculate. We didn’t have a car but these lofts are located on the Main Street (Palafox) in Pensacola for the best restaurants and boutiques. We were able to walk out of the lobby and walk everywhere. We did a food tour, happened to chance upon Gallery night (so fun) and the farmers market on Saturday in the park. The Brent Lofts set a rental standard that everyone should follow. Reviewer Comments: I drove from Austin on my way to NC. I normally stay on beach but waited too long to book a good place. I got this at last minute. It was lovely like a personal apartment. Very accommodating and higher end furnishings. I didn't like it that I just so happened to be there during 4th of July weekend. It was WAY to crowded for me. Fireworks were so loud since they were shooting just blocks from me at stadium. However, i got lucky and got the interior unit so I didn't hear all the street noise. The only thing I'd improve is having a pen or a marker, or ANYTHING, to write with in the United. I needed a pen and had nothing. You also had 4 pairs of scissors in the kitchen drawer.Everything else was perfect. It was just too far from the beach for me. I go to Navarre Beach, not Pensacola. But for someone who likes downtownlife this is just perfect. The parking was easy so thank you for that.The girls who helped set up reservation were 100% competent and available.Thank you. And thank the 2 guy owners. You can tell they put 100% of love into this.
