There are plenty of restaurants, shops, bars, and festivals within walking distance from the ground floor entrance. The "World's Whitest Beaches" are only a 15 minute drive! If you want to be in the middle of all the action with a quick peaceful getaway, this is the spot for you. This entire condo is a part of the The Brent Lofts vacation home rentals and located on the 3rd floor (elevator access). Includes access to the fitness center and Sky Lounge patio area, ground floor lobby doubles as Brent Lofts Art Gallery. Direct street access to over 40 walkable restaurants and shops in the heart of Downtown Pensacola, Palafox Street! \*\*IMPORTANT NOTE: Starting January 5th, 2026 construction will begin on Palafox street in front of the Lofts until the end of May. All the shops, restaurants, and bars that we love so much will still be open! While we are so excited to see the end results, we are unsure of the environmental effects (i.e. noise) of construction on The Brent Loft interior condos such as this one. Entry to the Lofts and close parking will not be affected, as there are two additional entrances on the side and back of the building away from Palafox. Please bear in mind when booking, but especially Jan-Feb. We'd be happy to provide any information we can at your request. Guests can enjoy direct Palafox St access via the lobby. Palafox Street hosts a variety of exciting events such as Palafox Market and parades throughout the year. Walk to over 40 restaurants, bars, and shops! Historic Pensacola Village, the Pensacola Bay, and the Blue Wahoo Stadium is only a short walk away. A convenient parking lot behind the Lofts makes for easy access to and from the property. Features and amenities Included Essentials \- Stay Connected: High-speed WIFI throughout the condo. \- Gourmet Ready: A dual coffee maker and a fully stocked kitchen with premium cookware, dishes, pots, strainers, and more to elevate your culinary experience. \-Consumables: In each condo, we provide a starter set of paper towels, toilet tissue, laundry/dish pods, coffee, and creamer. If your stay is longer than 3 days, we highly recommend bringing additional supplies. A few sets of towels will be placed in each bathroom. Feel free to use the laundry pods to refresh the towels during your stay or opt in for a room refresh for an addl cost. Amenities Guests of the Lofts can enjoy exclusive access to a fitness center and Sky Lounge patio area. On the same city block, you will find a variety of conveniences such as hair salon, spa, restaurants, and retail shopping. Parking While parking is not included in your stay, we do provide a special promo code for BL guests in the Premium Parking lot directly behind the Lofts. After discount, cost for parking is $10/day/plate. Discount code with instructions will be sent in Check In instructions a few days before arrival. There is city parking surrounding the Lofts on the side streets that is free until the end of Palafox construction (approx. May 24). Things to know If you plan on using the sleeper sofa, please let us know ahead of time so we can place the proper sheets in the condo. Your primary way of accessing the condo throughout your stay is key cards. 3 days before arrival, you will receive general check-in instructions with details about the property, parking instructions, etc. Then, few hours before your check in time, you will be sent codes for accessing the property and condo itself to obtain key cards. The lobby desk is unstaffed, so the check-in process is self-guided. We ask guests to please read over these items in detail for the most seamless check-in experience. \-Beach towels available to borrow upon request (limited supply so please ask beforehand) \-Leave the key cards in "Key Check In/Check Out" binder page at check out. \-Do not use the white towels for makeup removal- there are black washcloths in each bathroom for this purpose and we can provide more upon request. Please do not wash white laundry with colored laundry. Excessive staining on the white linens and towels may result in an automatic stained linen charge of $25. We enjoyed some nearby eateries and night life (The Dog House, Slick Lips Seafood & Ouster House, and O’Riley’s Irish Rub). We had a great experience at each place and the food was good too! Although it’s a nice area, there was quite a bit of homelessness on the streets. This isn’t a problem until someone approaches you aggressively—which happened while we were walking to a nearby eatery. The unit was very clean and the bed was comfortable as well. We really enjoyed how quiet it was in our room—no road noise, no foot traffic noise, no slamming door noise either (which is often typical of other places we have booked.) We thoroughly enjoyed being able to sleep in! We also enjoyed the outdoor lounge area. Great place to relax. There was an issue with checking in on the app which was required to use by Brent Lofts. We were informed that it’s sometimes glitchy and that they were working out the kinks on that. The staff was quick to respond and remedy the issue. They kindly gave us a key card and codes for our stay in the event the app gave us any more trouble. They were very friendly and we were grateful for how quick they fixed the problem. Also wanted to mention that the booking host was very quick to respond to questions I had prior to our stay. Friendly and accommodating!
