The house has two bedrooms, one with a half bath, was built in the 50s and is quiet and charming with a beautiful patio, pond, fireplace and grill outside. Pensacola International Airport, Sacred Heart Hospital, Pensacola State College, Pensacola Christian College and Cordova Mall are just a few minutes away. The property was close to everyone and the house was nice. The back yard was the best as far as I was concerned. There are lots of places to sit and read, drink some coffee. Even though it was 90 plus degrees the back yard is so shady it was still comfortable back there. Downtown Pensacola is less than 10 minutes and Pensacola Beach is 20 minutes. My husband and I flew in for our grandson's graduation and wanted to be intown. Stephen's house was perfect for us. The patio area in the back is wonderful and the home was clean and comfortable. Some of our family had a large home at the beach so we were traveling back and forth often, and the traveling to and from the house was painless. We didn't do any cooking or eating at the house, but it seemed to be stocked with everything you would need to prepare a meal. Stephen was quick to respond to my texts. The home was very cozy, absolutely loved the backyard! We definitely plan on returning! We absolutely loved our stay here! The home was very inviting and had everything we needed!
