It is great to see that this neighborhood is being preserved and built up at the same time. There are plenty of places to walk to and ride bikes from restaurants, stores, bars and parks. Feel like cooking go to Joe Patti Seafood which is must see and been there for 75 years. Also Evermans Grocery Co-Op and cafe, Pensacola answer to WhOle Foods that has been in business for over forty years. And if it’s just the beach you want well it’s just a car drive away. We had a great time at the house. Next time we will probably bring kites since there is a huge field in front of the house that is perfect for flying them. ##### Cesar M.
