The unit, located on the 10th floor, is newly remodeled and furnished. This two bedroom/two bath unit features a 300 square feet circular beachfront balcony with endless beach views. The unit is spacious – over 1500 square feet and features new furnishings and décor throughout. Enjoy lounging with family for movie night in the living area furnished with a sectional sleeper sofa, complete with expansive views of the Gulf of Mexico. The sliding glass doors open to a covered balcony, where you can sit and enjoy the beauty and splendor of the Gulf of Mexico without leaving the comfort of your beach front cottage. Enjoy sipping your morning coffee or evening cocktail, reading a book or al fresco dining from the balcony furnished with two lounge chairs and a table with seating for four. The panoramic views of the sparkling shoreline and the gentle lapping of waves are sure to rejuvenate and soothe your senses. The fully equipped kitchen will inspire your inner gourmet chef. It features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances plus all the small appliances, utensils and cookware needed to prepare any meal. The dining room seats 6 at the table with seating for 2 at the breakfast bar. The unit has a large capacity washer and dryer. You will enjoy rest and relaxation from the gulf-front master suite which boasts a king size bed and beachfront balcony access. The master bath highlights include a large walk-in shower, jetted garden tub and double vanities. The second bedroom and bath is just as impressive and features two queen size beds, a spacious bathroom with lots of counter space and a tub/shower combination. The unit is located in the exclusive gated Beach Colony Resort of Perdido Key which sits on 700 feet of fabulous sugar-white sand beach framed by the crystal Gulf of Mexico. The gated community boasts 11 acres of palm-lined drive and beautifully landscaped property. Beach Colon y offers the amenities of a world-class resort: indoor heated pool and hot tub, Har-Tru tennis courts, state-of-the-art fitness center and grilling areas. Beach colony is located on the east end of Perdido Key and a short walk to the pristine National Seashore. An artificial snorkeling reef is located just 500 ft offshore just to the east of the resort. The resort is also convenient to grocery, restaurants, shopping and attractions. The Naval Museum is nearby where the Blue Angels practice over the Gulf. Perdido Key is only 10 minutes from Orange Beach, Alabama. The famous Flora-Bama is 5.5 miles away. Beach service is provided by Perdido Beach Service. This is a non-smoking unit. Parking is limited to two vehicles per reservation. The master bedroom has a large walk-in closet that has a luggage cart for use. Jeannie responded to all of our inquiries immediately and was very helpful. View was wonderful and a great location. We also checked with the owner to see if we could arrive a day early due to a schedule change, and they were very accommodating and the process was easy. We had a wonderful stay E-10C!! The condo was very clean and had everything we could possibly ask for. We took a daily morning walk on the beach and spent the afternoon by the pool. This was our first time staying at Beach Colony in Perdido Key, and it was a wonderful experience. The check in and out was extremely easy, and the beach and facility was very peaceful. I would highly recommend this unit too! It was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. I would definitely come back given the opportunity. ##### TRISTAN C. Great location away from the crowds, but an easy 5-10 minute drive if you wanted to go out. Beautiful beach and beautiful unit. Some shops and dining within walking distance with relatively few crowds. There were plenty of families with children there, but it was nothing like being in Gulf Shores or Orange Beach (we've vacationed there for many years). It was much more relaxing for what we we desired as we were celebrating turning 50\. We also loved the ease of being able to park in a lot right outside and not a parking garage like we're used to...it was easy in/out. The unit was decorated beautifully and just as pictured. A new thermostat had been installed the morning of our arrival and wasn't working properly, we called and someone was there within an hour to resolve the issue. We will definitely be back and we can't wait until next year! ##### Autumn B. The owner was great to work with and answering my hundreds of questions during the booking process! This was our first time visiting Perdido Key and we will definitely be back! My ONLY complaint was the rug in the living room was super rough and we have a crawling baby - BUT with that being said there was more than enough linens provided so we just simply covered the rug with a spare blanket and it worked just fine. There were even small chairs in the utility that was a pleasant surprise and our older boys enjoyed on the balcony and beach.
