This condo is fully furnished with complete amenities (including washer and dryer inside the complex). Nearly 800 square foot private balcony that opens from living room to overlook the Gulf of Mexico and a pool right on the beach as well (also features an indoor pool and hot tub). The property is great, and also secure. Hosts were responsive whenever we had questions. The unit itself had everything we could have possibly needed, and then some. Already planning our next stay! The balcony is just incredible. We had to pull ourselves away from the penthouse just to go to the beach :-) Also, the bed was very comfy which was extremely important because my husband has back problems and this mattress was newer and we slept great. A box fan in the unit helped drown out any outside traffic noise or other noises. The unit itself, while adequate for our needs, could use some upgrades...sofa and love seat are worn and very uncomfortable, both sets of outdoor tables/chairs need to be replaced as they are also worn, headboard needs to be replaced as pieces of the vinyl are peeling off. The kitchen had very nice cooking utensils. The refrigerator runs very loudly. Black throw pillows on bed need to be thrown out. Just wanted to share my thoughts.
