Simply enter your desired dates and click 'Book Now!' With three bedrooms and a bunk area for the kids, three full bathrooms and one half-bath, and an open-concept social area with a private walkout patio with outdoor patio furniture, this spacious condo has everything you could want for a perfect family vacation! This beautiful condo is decorated in coastal blues and greens. The kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bakeware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining area has a large farmhouse-style table with seating. The primary bedroom boasts a view straight to the ocean, a king bed, and a spacious en suite bath with a garden tub and a stand-up shower. The second bedroom also has amazing Gulf views with a queen bed and a private bath. The third bedroom has two twin beds and private bath as well. There’s a cozy bunk area near the entry door with twin bunks, and a centrally located half-bath by the bunk and kitchen area. There is a laundry closet in the entry hallway with a stackable washer/dryer for your convenience. Things to Know All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory for access to all Waterscape amenities. Please note: ● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities. ● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access. ● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants count toward max occupancy regardless of age ● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay ● A $25 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are lost or not returned at checkout. ● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands ● Wristbands are not required for beach access We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we implement this new system to enhance security and guest experience at Waterscape. Only negative was another setting of utensils would be nice (with a large group) and I had to run dishwasher twice on some of loads. Definitely a place to return to. The location was amazing...steps to the beach and the pool. Just a short walk down the beach to several restaurants, shops and a coffee shop. The pool area has a tiki hut with snacks, hot food and drinks, including alcohol. The pool area has lots of kid friendly options. The condo itself has comfy beds, well stocked kitchen and plenty of towels and washcloths. The wifi worked good inside the condo but was almost worthless once you got outside. The beach attendants were awesome, very attentive and helpful. There were chairs and umbrellas set up daily on the beach from about 7am-4pm. A very nice beach and area....beach was just as nice as Destin but the area wasn't as busy. Would highly recommend and will be staying here again. ##### Chad B. Best view in the place. We have little ones, so the extremely easy access to the beach (going back and forth alot) was premium for us. There were plenty of bath towels for our large family. The kitchen had a good amount of supplies. Lots of space and seating for big families. Great patio furniture for drinking a morning coffee and watching the waves or dinner with the whole family. Jan 11, 2023 #### Air issue Our air wouldn't go down past 72 we had to stay at the hotel next to the condo. We reported that plus one TV on bottom bunk wouldn't work. Dead bolt has to be lifted up before it will lock. Sofas and chairs need cleaned. Very dirty. We reported the next day AGAIN the manager sent the HVAC company, it was on 69 they said it was perfect with no problems and stated it was on 68 ( not true) tgey offered us fans. After the HVAC guy came it cooled down to 66 so whatever he did fixed it. The TV and dead bolt was never fixed. ##### Lisa B. We’ve stayed a lot of places but this was the the closest to perfect we’ve ever come. The location to the pool, beach and restaurants was incredible. We only got in the car twice all week. Our 2 & 3 year olds loved the splash pad area and playground. We loved the gym and bars within walking distance. The white, soft sand and calm clear water were just amazing. We have zero complaints!
