Waterscape A411 SLEEPS 8 OCEAN FRONT! LAZY RIVER! \*\*\* I own 3 units at Waterscape; A421 (VRBO #721815), A411 (VRBO #1052260) , B210 (VRBO #1829176) All units are the same two bedroom, three bath with a bunk room floor plan. If this unit is booked please check out my other units or send me a message.\*\*\* Welcome to Waterscape A411! This is a 2 bedroom, 3 bath unit with a bunk room that sleeps 8, situated directly on the beach. If you have ever been to Waterscape, then you know how amazing the property is. If not, you are in for a surprise! There is a lazy river perfect for floating in the sunshine. No need to bring your own tubes as they are provided! There is a huge activity pool with beach entry, fun mushroom waterfall, and rope ladder attraction that will keep the kids busy for hours. While the kids are playing, relax under the 10' waterfall, soak in one of the 2 hot tubs, or hide in the cave. When lunch rolls around there is no need to leave. Use the numerous grills provided throughout the pool area or eat at the Tiki bar that serves up burgers and snacks. They also make some amazing cocktails😉! If you are wanting to escape the excitement, then proceed to the upper deck. There you will find a huge heated pool (heated in the colder months) where you can relax or sunbathe on a comfortable lounger. There is also a decked out splash pad for the little ones sure to entertain them in a safe environment. For adults that want to keep up their workout routine, there is a large fitness center with cardio and strength training options. If the pool is not your scene, then the beach is right there! Waterscape is situated directly on the beach with no roads to cross. There is a newly built direct access walkover that can have your feet in the sand in under a minute! There are beach chairs, umbrellas, kayaks, and paddle boards that you can rent directly on the sand for a small fee. And when you are done, there are numerous showers to wash off and jump back in the pool or head back up to the condo for a siesta. About the unit: This is a 2 bedroom (king beds) , 2.5 bathroom unit with a bunk room (2 twin beds). There is almost 1300sqft. of living space which is exceptionally big for a 2 bedroom condo. We are constantly updating the condo so you are comfortable and the place feels fresh. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. It has all the utensils and gadgets including a blender, coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, and hand mixer. There are 2 master bedrooms that each have a king size bed. They both have their own en suite and both have balcony access. I hate that when I travel with another couple, one of us always gets stuck with a tiny room or a hall bathroom. That is not the case with this unit! Both bedrooms are spacious and well appointed. One of the showers is so large you literally could fit the whole family in there! The dining room table will sit 8 comfortably. \*\*\*This unit is owner managed\*\*\* deal directly with the owners from the time of booking and throughout your stay. We purchased A421 in 2015 and have enjoyed owning it so much we purchased this one in 2017! I love helping guest plan a memorable beach vacation! Unlike a management company or investor, I also vacation here. We make trips quarterly to insure the condo is well kept, clean, and in good shape :) Why choose A411? Now that you know that Waterscape is amazing, why choose our condo? 1st, it is completely updated with a coastal chic decor. We just purchased this amazing unit at Waterscape in April 2017\. We renovated the entire unit and everything is brand-new! Literally EVERY piece of furniture is new! New A/C and Washer/Dryer August 2017\. Both bedrooms have high end KING memory foam mattresses with access to the balcony and their own bathroom. 2nd, We have a great location just 6 stacks back from the ocean. We are convenient located by the elevators so you have an easy stroll to the fantastic pools and beach. You can be down at the pool in less than 1 minute and on the sand in less than 2 minutes! NO ROAD TO CROSS to get to the beach! 3rd, this is a great unit if you want to enjoy all the amenities of Waterscape but don't want to pay the hefty price tag of a courtyard view. Half the units at Waterscape are courtyard facing and the other half are outside facing. The outside facing units have a partial ocean view from the master bedroom and balcony and don't face the pool. This is great for families that are not interested in spending more for the pool view but want every amenity possible! \*\*\*Beach Service\*\*\* We do not have beach service with this unit. We decided not to purchase it because I have heard negative things about it. Most of the time there will be more than 2 people in a room so with the service only providing 2 chairs it either separates families or costs them an additional money to rent another set. Also, they pull the chairs up 2 hours before sunset which is really a nice part of the day if you want to see the sunset. We have a beach cart that you can use for your convenience and load up your own chairs. This way you can set up wherever you like, stay as long as you want, avoid the crowds, and have the freedom to take up as much space as you like. Also, I priced my unit as one of the cheapest so even if you added beach service, I'm still cheaper than most other units at Waterscape :) It can be purchased directly in front of Waterscape for around $20/day depending on how many days you purchase in advance. \*\*\*How to book\*\*\* Please feel free to call or email with any questions. If you are ready to book, the easiest way is to click on the "book it" yellow button close to the picture. I require half of the money up front to hold the room and the remainder will be due 30 days prior to your arrival. Please be sure you are committed to your dates because I have a 0% refund policy. If you think there is a chance you might need to cancel, you can buy a small insurance policy as you are prompted along the payment screen. \*\*Recap of Waterscape\*\* Waterscape is a gulf front water resort and the only property in the area with this level of amenities and 490' of private beach front. There is a spectacular split-level courtyard with an oasis of pools, one a zero-entry. There is a shaded play area with a rubberized mat for toddlers and children adjacent to a splash area filled with built-in water toys. Waterscape has 2 hot tubs, a 10' waterfall, and an incredible Lay-Z-River for floating. For active adults, there is a fitness center opened 24/7 with pleasing views of this tropical oasis. Our ideal location means you are within walking distance of many restaurants, shops, and entertainment. Old Bay Steamer is directly across the street and one of the best seafood restaurants around! The pool area is nice for kids but way too overcrowded to really enjoy. Everyone puts a towel on the chairs and then leaves so you never get a chance to get one which is aggravating. Someone stole my 2 beach towels and an expensive pair of orthopedic shoes. Guess we picked a busy time to come because the beach was way overcrowded! The only thing that would have made me love this unit even more was if there was a TV in the kids bunk area, it wasn't a big deal at all though because the kiddos slept on the pullout couch which was very comfortable as well! Lovely condo, all the accommodations, beach front, perfect weather, and a LAZY RIVER! The pool is huge, and family friendly. My granddaughter loved the pool the most. My suggestions: memorize the door code before you get there , so you dont have to take your purse/bag with you to the beach/pool. It only took us 2 days to figure that out! Bring your own food! The only fast food venue is beside the pool, and while convenient, the price is high and quality not so great. There are outdoor grills if you want to cook out. Overall the resort facilities are clean and have every amenitiy you could possibly think of. Staff are friendly and helpful when needed. Our condo was overall very clean and well stocked with (almost) everything we could possibly need for the week. The beach wagon came in handy for hauling our gear down to the pool/beach and the beach chairs were great in addition to the rental chairs and umbrellas we rented through the resort for the week. The unit also has a vacuum cleaner which helped with the sand we inevitably tracked in each day. We loved the fact that both bedrooms had king size beds. Although we never needed to contact the owner for any issues, they were very courteous and made sure we had everything we needed and we had no problems checking in upon arrival. Only complaints we had, which were not at all detrimental to our stay, were that the sofa in the living room is not a big sectional like the photos show but is actually two sofas (one sleeper, both showing signs of wear which is typical for these condos) and the toilet in the guest bedroom was loud and would run for a while and make gargling sounds when flushed; again not a huge deal. Overall we would highly recommend this condo and Waterscape and would definitely consider staying again in the futre. ##### Tanner W. This place was a good choice. Right on the beach, a view of the Gulf from our large balcony, and we didn't need a car after all. Property was very clean. 2 Master Bedrooms was nice. I was disappointed about two things. 1-The bunk room was just a nook. There was no door for privacy. This was fine for us because we were all close family. It might be different for future renters. The mattresses in the bunks are NOT made for adults. I'd say 10 years old and under. Anyone with weight on them is going to feel like they are sleeping on plywood. 2-I chose this specific condo at Waterscape because the listing photo shows a sectional sofa. I have one at my home and it seats my family just fine. With 6 adults, we never had a moment when we could all lounge on the couch/loveseat together. Another thing about the resort, in general, is that it is a MAZE. Signage isn't great and all of us got lost on several occasions. There are two doors in the hallways that have the same number of your rental so that is confusing, too. Overall, it was a great spot to be at for the family and the beach. We mostly sat at the beach all day. Beach service is there for chair and umbrella rental. Very convenient but get out there early to get a good spot. The rental company arranges the chairs in a horseshoe, which is weird and unlike anyone else down the beach. Most companies set up in rows facing the water. This one has you facing other people. The condo was very nice however it was listed as 3 bedroom. The third bedroom had bunk beds and the mattress was very uncomfortable. I had to purchase a twin mattress pad in order to be somewhat comfortable. There was no door, only a shower curtain. A regular curtain would have been nicer if a door isn’t possible. The unit is well situated for our family of six. The bathrooms are enormous. And the showers had great water pressure. Having three bathrooms was such a helpful thing with all the kids. Beds were super comfortable. Our middle schooler was very comfortable in the bunk nook. The older kids took the beds/pull out. The unit is so thoughtfully stocked and we had the most wonderful time. The ceiling fans & a/c made sure we were comfortable which is a high bar since we’re not used to the heat/humidity. Loved the balcony. Could see the beach flags from it every morning.
