It is furnished with a new sofa sleeper and matching couch in family room. All of this is designer furnished condo accommodates up to eight people to sleep. The interior of the unit reflects a classic, high-end feeling. The master bedroom is beautifully decorated including a large king-size bed, matching furniture and a large Flat Screen, Blu-ray TV/DVD system. From the master, you can enjoy great views of the bay, hot tubs, new Marina and pools through the huge picture window. It also has a dual sliding glass door that opens onto the balcony. What a way to enjoy your morning coffee. The Master Bedroom adjoins a large master bath with separate shower and Jacuzzi garden tub for the ultimate in luxury. The second bedroom is also wonderfully decorated including queen-size bed and matching bedroom set with its own large Hi-Def TV/DVD player. The private bunk-room with its own full private door and under bed storage, is a great kids-away. The kids can watch their favorite movies on the flat screen TV/DVD player, without bothering the other guest. The large great living room is beautifully decorated. It has its own 50” Flat Screen TV/Blu-ray DVD player. It is furnished with custom designer drapes, and a custom sofa with matching love seat. We really enjoyed our stay at this property! It was comfortable for our family of 6 ppl, not super updated, but it worked. The lazy river was fun! Beds were really comfortable! The bunk beds though need some attention as they could use painting. They look very worn from both sides and seemed a bit unstable at first, but they were actually OK. Location was great as it's convenient to both Destin & Ft. Walton, beach across street, restaurants, Target, CVS. Cons: Being in a beach town and touting a lazy river and then NOT PROVIDING BEACH TOWELS is a real negative, especially when traveling by plane. We had to go and find/buy towels which added to expenses, time, frustration. We also had issues with the Hamilton Beach Keurig-style coffee pot--kept giving us errors. The owners were quick to get us another one, but it was the same brand and didn't really work any better--takes a long time to heat up and wasn't easy bc the second one you could only add as much water as the amount of coffee you wanted, but we didn't know that---it wasn't written any where. If you added more water than say 8 oz, the cup would overflow. We were there for a wedding so we needed to get wrinkles out of our clothing. The iron was basic and didn't steam, but it worked ok, however, the ironing board had a cover, but no padding so it left the xxxx pattern from the metal ironing board on our clothing. We loved the lazy river, fished a little in the marina, and spent several relaxing days at the beach. Our condo had everything we could possibly need. Some of us had not been on vacation in over five years. We really enjoyed our stay in the Sandpiper - the rooms were spacious, nice sized kitchen and living room area and loved the deck. We also really enjoyed the lazy river and pools. We went down there daily. Also, enjoyed the beach too and it was a quick walk over to it. The beach was so nice with the white sand and water.
