BAY HOUSE 3 bedroom, 2 bath WATERFRONT HOME!! Sleeps 6

This 3K sq. ft. mid-century home is on its own 144-foot private sand beach on Pensacola Bay just minutes from famous Palafox St. This fabulous property has beach chairs & toys, a firepit, kayaks & unparalleled Florida fun just around the corner from fun bars, breweries, restaurants, ferries, culture, etc., etc., etc.

The immaculate Bay House is the only vacation rental in all of Pensacola that is right on its own private beach. Walk out your back door and you are literally right there…on the sand beach and wading in the clean salt water. The beach has its own fire pit surrounded by six Adirondack chairs to sit and roast marshmallows, watch fireworks most Friday’s and Saturday’s, and chill with a cold drink with your toes in the sand.

Collect seashells and sea glass on the beach or swim or wade right from your own beach. Take the kayaks out for a ride around the bay or to nearby Bayou Chico to see the million dollar yachts as you pass pelicans, dolphins and other sea-life.

On most Tuesdays and Wednesdays you can watch the famous Blue Angels F-18 Super Hornets practicing their highflying stunt maneuvers right in front of the Bay House. This property is DEFINITELY one-of-a-kind for an unforgettable and unmatched beach experience ever.

I wanna keep it a secret
We love it!! It’s so beautiful quiet and relaxing. Close to downtown. Love watching the boats and sometimes we even get to see Blue Angels fly.

The backyard of this property is amazing.. private beach, water toys, & plenty of beach chairs. Great location - close to airport and nice restaurants and kids playground is only 2 blocks away!

Comfortable and relaxing
This place is perfect for relaxing and recharging. The view is amazing and the beach is literally just steps from the back porch. The house is older but has all you need. It reminded all the adults of going to your grandparents house, it’s not fancy but feels very welcoming. The neighbors are kind and welcoming and there is a park just down the street for younger kids to play if needed. Definitely looking forward to coming back again

Best experience for the whole family
We took our mother vacation to see the beach. She is 73 and probably won't be able to make that trip again. She loved it and said was the best vacation she had ever had. Just can't say enough about the whole experience. Highly recommend.

This is paradise!
If I could give more than 5 stars I would. This property is so unbelievably perfect! The private beach is truly private - there were days when we did not see anyone other than our family. We're not sure we can ever stay on a public beach again! And for those of you women who are typically warm, this house A/C is phenomenal even at night. I know that sounds silly but it's such a huge perk! The kitchen is big enough for at least 5 adults and an infant, the beds are all comfortable. We took the bikes out in the neighborhood, and our family tried kayaking for the first time! We made so many memories here! Donna is available with just a text, and she gave us great recommendations for restaurants and carry out. Thanks Donna and Joe for a beautiful experience!

WOW!! I cannot say enough good about this property and host. Everything was as pictured and described. Donna was excellent and always quick to answer questions and take care of all of our needs. The house had everything that you could want for a vacation and more. The beach was right out the back door. Couldn't ask for a better location and vacation. If you're coming to Pensacola this is the place to book!!

Great place!!
Stayed 3 nights and plan to go again!! Great house fantastic location. It is close to downtown Pensacola and just two bridges away from a public beach. Although we definitely preferred the private beach at the house. The house was clean very spacious and the beds were comfy. Unique atmosphere everywhere. The back porch was lovely and great to enjoy view of ocean out of the sun. We even got to see Blue Angels practice. Highly recommend!!
