Shy of some housekeeping issues (dusty ceiling fans, etc.), the accommodations were enjoyable. There was no staff on duty, at least none at the desk or seen anywhere during our stay. The door code did not work upon arrival, and it took three separate calls to customer service before we were supplied with one that allowed entry. It seems the service provided by the company has declined over the years. Not sure if they have been "sold" or if there are other issues. Condo was very spacious and comfortable with a nice deck to watch and listen to the waves! Would be nice to have more comfortable chairs for deck. I give the cleanliness of Condo a 3 star because the floors felt like they hadn't been mopped or swept and the bathtub and showers were gritty with sand and had mold growing! The dishwasher had a horrible smell and mold all over inside. Actually the whole place needs a deep cleaning! We had a problem with the air conditioning unit on our last day there. Kept going off because the condensation line was stopped up we assume. All that being said, Overall the home was beautiful and we enjoyed our stay. ##### Judy M. However there are areas that need to be addressed. The twin bedroom was exceptionally hot with no ventilation. Our guests had to sleep on the couch. The linens are thread bare and need to be replaced. The kitchen was well stocked except for the silverware. It is old and not enough. Sheets are too small on beds and come off as you sleep and old and thread bare. Finally your deck needs furniture that your guests can relax comfortably not just eat. Only a couple of small things- mattresses needed replacing and are worn, front bedroom with twin beds is a little hot (maybe a vent issue).
