Waterscape condos are located on beautiful Okaloosa Island, which is famous for its emerald green waters and white sandy beaches. This resort was constructed as a U-shaped property to house the heartbeat of the facility; the tropical oasis and pools. Waterscape condos has a two tiered pool deck separated by a 10-foot waterfall. The lower pool deck includes a large zero entry pool with spray toys and lily pads for the young at heart. The resort's lower pool deck features a long lazy river for you to float down on resort inner tubes. The upper deck houses a seasonally heated pool. There is a children's splash area on the upper pool deck that features toys for toddlers and a covered play area for maximum sun protection. There are two hot tubs located in the tropical oasis for your relaxation.

Great clean condo, great property

Condo was as advertised. Waterscape property is excellent for family vacation with kids. This specific unit was not in the best location on the property but was an excellent value. The customer service was excellent. Overall we are completely satisfied with our stay.

Great facilities

Our family loved the Waterscape property. The pools were great and wonderful access to the beach. The condo was nice with rash access to the pools. The only minor thing, and I do not want to sound like I am nitpicking, but the condo had an odd smell. It smelled like soy sauce to me. Also the filter in the A/C was filthy. I was going to go get one to replace it, but I forgot it when I went out. Also, a word of advice that has nothing to do with the property. If you need to get more than just a few thing from the grocery drive the few extra miles into Destin and go to Walmart. The Publix across the bridge if outrageously expensive.

Good place to stay with kids.

The condo was clean and functional. Beds were actually comfortable. The 2 bathrooms and 1/2 bath with 2 beds and a bunk area was quite spacious. Note that they do not have any beach gear in this condo (no wagon, beach towels, chairs, toys, etc). There was a beach chair/umbrella service that was nice, but a few more beach supplies would have been great. Overall our stay was great and we enjoyed everything. Some of the pool area could be better cleaned/kept up.

I loved that the condo, it looked exactly as the photos showed. The showers are so large and spacious, easily accommodates a couple. Beds were super comfy. We were able to wash our swimsuits immediately and head home with a suitcase full of clean laundry. Kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook meals, just a quick run to grocery store with plenty of shopping options less than 10 minutes away. Balcony is large and has seating for eating outdoors. Easy access to beach and plenty of water activities for kids. Lots of beach toys for kids in the balcony storage container, wish we had known before packing ours in the car. Key pad entry saved the trouble of us losing key cards, so easy and convenient. Very close to stores and restaurants.

2022 at Waterscape

We enjoyed this condo so much. It was plenty room for our family of five. Our youngest is 10 and his bunk room was a huge hit. Being right, off the elevator was a bonus. My family enjoyed all of the board games and our stay was GREAT! We were in walking distance of two, yummy restaurants. My family’s summer vacation was great and our stayed was greater.

Well-kept condo in an awesome building

You won’t regret staying in this condo at Waterscape. The complex is great and the condo is in great shape. The only downside, which is minor, is the view from the balcony. There is a tiny sliver of the beach that can be seen from a specific spot on the balcony, but the rest of the view is of a parking lot,

Great Condo!

Awesome place to stay. The staff was great and very attentive and kind. I really missed having a view and one of the toilets was leaky/drippy, but that was such a tiny thing in the grand scheme of things. Other than that, I have zero complaints and would stay here again.

Family friendly and steps to the beach

Apartment was just perfect. Exactly as the pictures showed. The staff wad very friendly and helpful. Beautiful pools and steps to the beach. Tiki hut food was far better than I expected, too. Great stay and didn't want to leave. I would certainly book again.
