It was very clean and accurately represented on the listing. The only negatives I could think of is that they have the AC unit set to 76 and since it’s older property it takes several hours to cool back down. The other is the owners of the unit below is an older couple with dogs and they were at the front door within a couple hours of us being there saying we were too loud so that is something to be aware of before booking. When we arrived, the property manager met me and knew who I was before I said anything. The checkin was super easy. When we went into the condo, it is nicely maintained, updated, super clean, and very comfortable. We made use of the on property swimming pool, basketball court, and charcoal grill out back of our unit. The location was awesome since we were able to face the back bay, which was great in the mornings for coffee and sunsets in the evening. Despite this property being off the main road, it was still very quiet. We enjoyed dining at the Crab Trap across the street. The beach was clean and was not crowded. The main issue, if at all, is that it can be a bit difficult to cross the main road to get to the beach when there is some traffic. We would definitely choose to stay here again. ##### Jeff A.
