Respect the Home • Shoes off at entry (sand), be careful with luggage, do not move furniture, use coasters, and wipe spills/stains right away. • Use bathroom drying lines; no wet towels/swimsuits on furniture/doors/floors. • Please don\`t move the furniture Cleanliness • Please leave the home reasonably tidy: start dishwasher (if used), dispose of trash properly, and return furniture/decor to original placement; excessive mess may incur additional cleaning fees. Damages, Missing Items, and Reporting • Guests are responsible for damage beyond normal wear/tear and missing items (replacement cost); report damages immediately. • Report any cleaning/maintenance concerns within 12 hours of check-in so we can address them. Keys / Fobs and Personal Items • We’re not responsible for lost/stolen/abandoned items; found items can be returned at your expense. • Lost key cards/fobs (if applicable) incur a $100 replacement fee. Parking, HOA Rules, and Local Laws • Park only in designated driveway/garage; unauthorized vehicles may be towed. • Guests must follow HOA rules and local laws; fines from guest actions are the guest’s responsibility. There were some minor things left behind (some empty bottles, paper in trash cans, some dishes weren’t fully cleaned, and the cooler had leftover beers) that’s the reason for the 4 star on the cleanliness. But I want to mention, rooms were clean and bathrooms were clean, kitchen was clean and the dishes that were a bit dirty were at the very bottom. The elevator was so convenient for my grandmother. The electric bike and golf cart were awesome to have. We never needed to buy anything extra except for food because we had everything we needed and more. ##### Betsy S. Tons of beach toys, boards and several beach chairs in the garage. You also can get chairs and umbrellas at the beach with a resort bracelets (no extra charge). There were big food stains on the light colored couch, likely impossible to remove completely, otherwise the house was very clean. There is a bit of walking to the beach (20 min) but there is a shuttle at the resort which you can call when you need. The resort pool is nice, the one at the beach club is very tiny. ##### Alena S.
