This bright and comfortable 1-bedroom unit is perfect for solo travelers, couples, military personnel, or business guests looking for a clean, centrally-located place to rest and recharge. Whether you're here to enjoy the beaches, visit NAS Pensacola, or explore the charm of downtown, this unit puts you in the heart of it all – with easy access to major roads, restaurants, and attractions. The space PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: Please be aware that we are currently making landscaping improvements at the property, which began on September 15 and will continue for about 6 weeks. Work is scheduled between 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM, and some daytime noise may occur during this time. Parking in the designated spot may also be limited, but alternative parking will be provided for all guests. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and want to make sure you are comfortable with this before completing your booking with us. The bedroom features two queen beds that can sleep up to four guests, while the cozy living area includes a Roku TV (just sign in with your own accounts). A fully stocked kitchen with a fridge, stove, coffee maker, toaster, and all the basics makes it easy to cook at home. The modern bathroom comes with clean towels and complimentary toiletries, and of course, you’ll have Wi-Fi throughout — great for working remotely or streaming your favorite shows. Free on-site parking is available for one vehicle. A Few Things to Know \- This is a private studio within a multi-unit property and each unit has its own entrance, but you may see other residents. \- Please be mindful of shared spaces and respect quiet hours from 10pm–8am. \- Shared amenities include a coin-operated laundry area and BBQ grill.
