Elevator Modernization Project โ€“ August 11, 2025 through Early 2026
Starting Monday, August 11, 2025, Emerald Isle Resort will begin a major elevator upgrade project to
improve safety and reliability.
โ€ข Only one elevator will be in operation during the project.
โ€ข Expect longer wait timesโ€”especially during check-in, check-out, and peak hours.
โ€ข Stairs are available and may be quicker for short trips.
โ€ข Project is expected to last about 28 weeks.

โ€ข Mondayโ€“Thursday, 6:30 a.m. โ€“ 7:00 p.m. (noise minimized before 8:00 a.m.)

69th Birthday Girl's Trip

We booked this condo to celebrate my mom's 69th birthday with our closest best girl friends. The location was perfect to everything we wanted to do with an amazing view. The beach is just a short walk down the boardwalk and a complimentary umbrella with 2 loungers on the beach were available with our booking. The condo was clean, plenty of space, nicely decorated and had more than enough kitchen amenities that we needed to cook a huge birthday brunch. The host supplied us with information of the area and responded immediately any time I reached out. She was amazing. 10/10 trip and would definitely recommend staying here.

I cannot say enough good things about the property owner! As soon as we booked, the owner Mary, was already reaching out and ready to help in any way she could!
