Phoenix X 1203 is a beautiful three-bedroom, two-bath condo that has amazing Gulf-front views from the 12th floor.

• Access to the balcony is from the living room and the primary bedroom

• The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you could possibly need in your home away from home. The dining area seats four, and there are four additional bar stools.

• There is a full-sized washer and dryer inside the unit

• The living area has a sleeper sofa

• The primary bedroom has a king-size bed

• The second bedroom has a queen-size bed

• The third bedroom has two queen-size beds

• No waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out with keyless entry!

• A maximum of two cars is allowed. Parking passes are $60 each and are limited to 2. Guests must provide registration information in advance and will then purchase parking passes online via a link sent by email after they have been registered.

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

This condo checked all the blocks. It was very clean and conveniently located right next door to Flora-Bama. We will definitely book again in the future.

Love the condo the view of the ocean was amazing. It was clean and spacious. Loved sitting on the balcony watching the ocean and listening to waves while I drink my coffee. Got to see dolphins coming in and out of the water .qill be staying again .

The condo was exactly as advertised and easily slept 8 friends comfortably. It was spacious and we never felt on top of each other. The property manager was available and easy to communicate with the whole weekend. We all had a great time and hope to be back again. Thanks!

The condo is beautiful and we recommend staying here! Thank you for all of the comforts. Having alexa set up was advanced and the streaming channels too. You just have to remember to logout of your account. And bring blankets bc no comforters on beds. Beds are extremely comfortable.

Very nice place. No real issues except a stain on the living room carpet which we reported as soon as we arrived as we didn’t want to be accused of. They acknowledged it and said they were planning on carpet replacement. Also the living room blind for the ocean view would not work-something broke on the line to pull it up. Again we reported that and they were very accommodating and came and took the shade down. These were minor issues that did not distract from our overall experience. We very much enjoyed the property and our stay.

Absolutely gorgeous condo! We had a wonderful time and loved the decor and interior of the room. We had a couple of questions prior to arrival and we were answered immediately! This means a lot to me! Plus, they emailed and called once we arrived to check on us and to make sure everything was okay upon arrival. Beautiful unit and we plan to come again!
