This is the only resort directly on the beach in the area with these amenities offered. Inside the enormous courtyard the tropical oasis and pools await you. You will enjoy a 2 tiered pool deck separated by a 10' waterfall. Lower pool deck features a large zero entry pool with spray toys and lily pads. Float down the long lazy river on resort tubes. Upper deck includes a seasonally heated pool. A children's splash area is on this deck that features toys for toddlers and a covered play area for sun protection. Two large jacuzzi hot tubs are located in the tropical oasis for your relaxation. Fitness Room with equipment purchased 2025 is in the Courtyard. Door from kitchen leads to laundry area with large pantry. Spacious dining includes large table with Mediterranean style cabinet for your storage. Could use more spoons and forks. King beds are VERY soft! Didn't think i would like but we all slept amazing. Had hot water after 7 consecutive showers. It is a long walk from parking garage (grandma just had a knee replacement) but right next to elevator. Pool area is nice and added bonus of kids activities most nights - glow party, swim-in movie. Beach is beautiful with enough hard sand to walk both directions (except grandma). Also short walk to the pier and restaurants. ##### Jennifer T. This place is tastefully decorated with special touches as you will experience true hospitality by the host. Okaloosa island has great restaurants in walking distance too Clean condo and beach view. The parking garage is great too and have your walking shoes on as it is quite the walk from car to condo ( 235 steps one way one level). Worth it for the view ! ##### Terri R. We found Reese’s peanut butter cup wrappers on the top bunk where my son was supposed to sleep. Even after cleaning it myself, he wouldn’t sleep up on it, but for good reason. There was what appeared to be black mold at the top of the wall in one of the bathrooms. Other than those two concerns which are on the cleaning team, the condo itself was beautiful! ##### Kimberly L. A friend and I took our two teenage daughters for a nice getaway the week of Thanksgiving. It was very low key, great weather, and the condo was well furnished. We had everything we needed without having to go to the store right away. Our host, Barbara, was wonderful and kept in communication with us when/if we needed anything. Communication with the owner was fantastic. The washer was not working; however, we were told about that prior to arrival and options were provided. The property as a whole was nice. So thoughtful that there is a wagon on the balcony and beach toys to use during your stay. My son loved the extra stuff even though we’d brought our own. I liked where the room was because it was right by the elevator! Some people might not like that, but I thought it was really convenient and I couldn’t hear it at all. This resort was very family oriented. Perfect place for family and kids! Our condo was great! Very comfortable and nicely decorated. The kitchen and baths had everything we needed when we arrived. The unit was clean and fresh.The bed was so comfortable. It had a very nice memory foam mattress that is similar to my mattress at home. I slept well! The condo is on the side of the building away from the pool and was very quite. I liked parking on the 3rd level in the parking garage and walking straight to our unit. The hall is long but no need for an elevator.There is a good view of the gulf and pier. The view is better than most on the side of the building but you will also see the side of the hotel next door. We used the elevators to go to the pool and beach and had no problems with wait times. The pools are fantastic for all ages. I have to say that the best part of this rental experience was the owner. She made us feel very welcome and appreciated. The owner stayed in contact with me from the beginning. She was always available for any thing we needed. We appreciated her recommendations for delicious seafood restaurants and things to do in the area. She was great at making sure we had all the codes and building information we needed. BEST owner and I would love to rent from her again! ##### Robin C.
