The location of the property was far enough away from the busy area to have a relaxing feel, but close enough to still be connected, only being a 15 minute walk to the pier. The owner called us the first day to check on us and make sure everything was ok and if we needed anything. If we come back, we will definitely stay here again! I will say, we did a load of laundry and to dry our laundry was a chore. It was a regular size load and it took three different 90 minute doing to finally dry our clothes. We would stay there again when in Pensacola. The location is great!! The furnishings are cute and very beachy! This is a second floor condo with view of assigned uncovered parking space from balcony. Would like to mention that the stairs to the master bedroom and only shower are steep and short. Could be challenging if not sure-footed. The master bathroom has low ceilings and between the tub and vanity made the toilet area feel pretty tight. We did not make any meals in the kitchen but it appeared to have everything necessary. Will make sure to bring everything again for the beach as there was nothing in the condo- including beach towels. The property manager was easy to work with and we were notified as soon as the unit was available (several hours earlier than expected:)!!) ##### Marisa L. They had the cutest decor, set up, right on the bay, across the street from the ocean. It's very quiet! It's really nice, private, and relaxing! Fun is just don't the road a couple of mins and the beach across the street is a lot more private than in other areas or even on the bay as you're coming in where the strip is where most of the restraunts, shopping, rental places, and even a playground for kiddos with semi private little pavilions or covered picnic table for shade when needed! We Def loved that we could rent a golf cart or use the shuttle service to tip the driver to get around. We didn't want to have to have to wait, so we rented a golf cart from a very nice gentleman at scooter hut. I Def suggest going to see him about getting a golf cart or one of the bigger ones. It makes live of getting around so much easier and it takes such little gas it'll amaze you! There's so much to do right around in that area. Didn't care for nothing but kids working at night everywhere. They Def didn't mind closing mini golf an hr earlier than their posted closing time, but most Def had all of their buddies out there until well after we played a few not so great games and left 30 mins before they closed. Same thing with the rock climbing place and their staff... They closed down a lot of things an hr before closing. Just makes no sense and doesn't seem like a good way to make money at a tourist attraction. The actual home we stayed in was wonderful and the staff of vacasa were friendly, helpful, and professional at all times. Ty! I've already given several people the info on this property when they asked for it after seeing our pics on fb! I will and have recommended to everyone! ##### Ashley M. There wasn’t a washer/dryer in our condo, which was misleading. But, maybe there was one on the property. Overall we were pleased ##### Katherine G.
