This 3-level Condo sits on the Santa Rosa Sound has fantastic Sunrise & Sunset waterfront views from all 3 levels. Step off your deck onto the beautiful white beach. So close to the water; you could go fishing from one of your 3 decks! If you enjoy walking the Gulf Shores and the world's whitest beach, a quick four-minute walk from your deck puts you in the Gulf of Mexico. If you enjoy dining and shopping, this condo is a easy walk to Peg Legs restaurant, tiki bar and a simple bike ride or free trolly ride to the beach's core with all the shops, restaurants and bars you need! Downstairs is a well-equipped open kitchen with bar and bar stools. The comfortable living room has a Smart TV. Bring your account numbers! The dining room table has seating for 6\.
