Get your Latitude Adjustment at the beach! "Latitude Adjustment" is the perfect family friendly beach home. This home offers everything you need for your Florida getaway. The house has 6 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, sleeps and dines 16 guests, and is 2 blocks away from the Gulf of Mexico. A large circular driveway allows for plenty of parking and easy access to the house. The first floor has a wrapped porch that is perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning, or an ice cold drink in the afternoon. Guests can choose from 1 King bed, 3 Queens, and 4 Twins for their sleeping arrangements. The Master bathroom has access to a private balcony and features a spa grade, whirlpool bathtub. The spacious kitchen is equipped with pots, pans, and utensils for the chef in your group. Looking to rent during the Blue Angels Airshow? Look no further. This house is in the middle of the Blue Angels flight pattern and you can watch the planes bank from the balcony. \*\*\*E-Bike rentals are available for $150 per bike for 1 week. No complaints, but would suggest a few upgrades: new mattress in the master bedroom and a new sleeper sofa in the lower bedroom (both have seen better days). Lower bedroom was pretty musty as well? Could use a constant dehumidification unit. Maybe install keypad for front door as well since keeping up with 2 keys with 15 people was a bit of a hassle. The rental was only a five-minute walk to the beach, where we enjoyed the soft white sand and incredible sunrises and sunsets. The house was spotless, spacious, and perfectly sized for the price. We had one minor issue with the door locks, but the host responded right away and fixed it quickly. This home was one of, if not the best, rental we've ever had. Everything was in working order, and the kitchen/dining/family room setup was perfect for us.
