Pros: -Proximity to beach- the location is less than a 4 minute walk around the corner. -Privacy of back yard/house in general -Well-maintained pool -Plenty of outdoor seating -Plenty of dishes/cooking essentials such as spices, flour, olive oil, cooking spray, etc. Cons: -As close as you are to the beach, if you have a person with bad legs/impaired mobility, it's difficult to make the trek to the actual beach from the entrance. The closest paved wheelchair ramp wasn't within walking distance. -The house is functional, not luxurious. What you see in the photos is what you get. If you are looking for a big tub and fancy fixtures, you will be disappointed. We were beyond happy with the house, but our expectations were reasonable. -The TV situation is somewhat wonky if you aren't tech savvy. Many remotes. Few channels. I had to change the TV for my 69-year-old mother every time, and her room didn't get CBS (real end-of-the-world stuff, I know). However, there also isn't a TV in the main kitchen/living area, so my family, who is clearly tv-centric, struggled to find a place to congregate together inside. If your family likes to talk to each other or play board games, etc., it would be perfect for you. We had a wonderful experience, overall, and will definitely be back! ##### Ashley Y.
