All the information needed was sent the day of arrival, and it was basically walk in and make yourselves at home. The kitchen had all the necessities and is fully equipped with appliances and the in unit laundry room was a definite plus.The unit has a dedicated parking slot down in the garage which was convenient for unpacking and packing when the trip was finished.WiFi and four TVs provided for plenty of bandwidth and entertainment for winding down after a day at the beach. No negotiating for what watch.The view from the property gave us full views of the Gulf and Bay located about halfway down the peninsula right next to the convenience store and Peg Leg Pete's. The trolley stop directly in front of the property gave us easy access to everything and a day at the beach is only a 5 minute walk across the street.
