The kitchen was good, the stove downstairs is sort of a hazard. If you lean up against it, it hits the knob and turns on. We had to be very careful about making sure nothing was on the top. The house was in a perfect location. Short (7 minute tops) walk to the beach, walk to store and restaurants. The outdoor space was great and kids could kick a soccer ball, have a small volleyball game, and take a dip in the little pool. Also, we did a fire in the firepit one night. The deck upstairs had ample seating and the nightime lighting outside made it very fun. Having 2 kitchens was handy and the house was spacious. The little guest house is very little but absolutely adequate with a little kitchenette that included a full size fridge, big convection oven, microwave, coffeemaker, and dishware. We didn't really use those but I thought it was handy that it was there as needed. Also had it's own bathroom. Definitely recommend this house for your large group in Pensacola Beach! ##### BEN S.
