Property was as listed and offered a great accommodation for my family. We were in town for a memorial service and picked a few days at each end to stay longer. Nicely furnished and in good repair. I definitely would stay again

My friends and I had an amazing time staying at this location. The place was appropriately stocked, along with clear instructions of the check-out duties posted on the refrigerator.The communication with the host was phenomenal. There was always an open channel for dialogue, and we were even informed that traffic may be bad beforehand and that the place was ready a day early. The only downside would be some of the appliances were a little finicky to work with, specifically a shower handle and the dishwasher not cleaning the dishes very well.We will definitely recommend this to all our friends and look forward to staying here again!

The house was very well clean and stocked with everything u could need. Great location to the beach and was just a short one minute walk to the beach entrance. Also close to other attractions in the area. Check in was super easy and the host was great with comminication and was very fast to respond. House very big and comfortable. Perfect home for a family getaway. Located steps away from the beach and conveniently stocked with all the essentials for a perfect vacation. House was clean and beautifully decorated. The house was well supplied with plenty of towels, kitchrn essentials, beach chairs, a comfortable bed. We were very disappointed in how dirty the bathrooms and the microwave was. The bathrooms hadnot been kraned at all. The toilets were filthy as were the countertoos. Sinks and showers. Both bathrooms have serious mold issues. The main bathroom reeked of urine. We foundit was the rugs and washed them The AC wasnt working the first 4 nights. Both bathrooms wete onviously not

This was a cute, comfy beach house with everything we needed for a great family vacation. The very quick walk to the beach is shorter than most beachfront resorts. Our older kids loved the loft & spiral staircase. Pet friendly and clean. Convenient location within a short drive to restaurants, grocery, and Ft. Pickens.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Having the extra space to spread out compared to a condo was very nice. The walk to the beach was easy and very convenient. It made the trip feel more intimate. Everything needed for a great trip was provided at the house. It’s in a very quiet neighborhood.

Very accommodating with the owner anticipating all the travelers needs to make the stay relaxing and joyful. Short walk to the beach and even though spring break the location allowed it not to fell like a spring break beach hangout. Views morning and being from the beach we’re beautiful. Sand, sun and water Caribbean in feel and sight.

Host was very attentive! We enjoyed the location being away from the hustle of Pensacola Beach center. The quick walk to the beach and having no issues finding a great spot to put up our tents was fantastic! I've never been a condo person nor wanting to sit right next to people on the beach so this house was perfect for us! The driveway is a little tight for bigger vehicles (we brought our expedition and my F-350) but they fit. Overall it was a great stay!

First family vacation we had 11 family members eight adults three kids. The house was very comfortable for all of us. The air conditioner worked fabulous. The hot water was amazing. The house was fully stocked with everything you could ever need as far as kitchen goes tons of beach towels, etc. downstairs they had plenty of beach toys, wagons, umbrella, beach, chairs, etc. we had a fabulous vacation, thank you

House was in the perfect location just a super short walk to the beach. House has great beds, plenty of towels and kitchen is well stocked. The outdoor shower was used daily. The only issue is the upper loft does get hot, we had several fans upstairs and blinds would be great as there is no way to block the lights from downstairs or outside. I would book 100% again. The house was generously stocked with household items, spices and very comfy. Communication with Anne was always promptly returned.
