Would’ve been nice to know on our first night. Vacasa sent a questionnaire about the cleanliness and I sent over pictures of my son’s black feet. I was very impressed with how quickly they got the cleaners over the next day. Vacasa was also very communicative and kind. The unit could use some updating, as the couch has seen some better days. A lot of the tiles throughout are loose and toilet in the master has come loose at the base. It was ok for a quick 2 night stay but definitely not for a longer getaway. ##### Leslie S. Only having 1 fob to open the parking gate and 1 fob to open the entry gate made it difficult for family members to go places separately. But the Condo was conveniently located to shopping, restaurants and the beach. Some of the Kitchen cabinets need replaced as well as the sliding glass door blind, it had several slats missing. Unfortunately, the patio furniture was old and very uncomfortable. The gym/fitness was stated as an amenity on listing which was exactly what my group needed. It was locked. No where in the condo were there instructions on how to access the gym. Reached out to Vacasa to see how they could remedy the situation, very disappointed on the time it took for them to respond.
