This vibrant, single-level retreat features a well-equipped, full kitchen with an array of stainless steel appliances to make meal prep a breeze. Dine together at the adjacent table - perfect for playing some of the provided board games - and then settle into the living area to stream all your favorite channels into the evening using your own accounts. If you're visiting in July, this property offers a phenomenal vantage point for watching the Blue Angels Air Show! Vacasa was also very communicative and kind. The unit could use some updating, as the couch has seen some better days. Only having 1 fob to open the parking gate and 1 fob to open the entry gate made it difficult for family members to go places separately. But the Condo was conveniently located to shopping, restaurants and the beach. Some of the Kitchen cabinets need replaced as well as the sliding glass door blind, it had several slats missing. Unfortunately, the patio furniture was old and very uncomfortable. The gym/fitness was stated as an amenity on listing which was exactly what my group needed. It was locked. No where in the condo were there instructions on how to access the gym. Reached out to Vacasa to see how they could remedy the situation, very disappointed on the time it took for them to respond.
