Be prepared to be blown away by this stunning, professionally decorated, immaculately maintained, home built directly on the water with sparkling pool! NEW Tiki Bar just added too! Make memories of a lifetime with your family and friends at this vacation hideaway located in the heart of Pensacola Beach. Enjoy sunsets in your own back yard. This home has amazing gulf and sound views and the easement to the gulf is right out front. Its a 5 minute walk or bike ride to dining and shopping. There is also a propane grill on the back deck for your enjoyment! Balconies abound – when you approach Aquamarine Bliss you will immediately find expansive balconies on both the front and rear of the home. Delight in watching the dolphins play in the sound which is a frequent occurrence spotted by many of our guests. You can also experience the incredible speed and power of the Blue Angels as they fly by on practice days. Plenty of guests also enjoy parasailing which is also a fun water sport to watch from the balconies of Aquamarine Bliss. Come inside and you will find true open concept living on both our 1st and 2nd floors. On the 1st floor is located the living room, dining room, kitchen, master bedroom with en suite, second bedroom with bath and the laundry room. The 1st floor open concept living area dining area opens up to a gorgeous covered balcony that overlooks the bay. Inside you have seating abound in the living room (pull out queen sleeper sofa) plus you choose between enjoying sensational views over the Santa Rosa Sound or a watching your favorite movies and TV shows from a 85” flat screen (mobile app ready) video streaming TV. The dining room overlooks the living area and has views of the water across the balcony. The kitchen is fully stocked and abounds with granite, stainless steel, and gourmet flatware/cutlery, glassware, and place settings for 22\. beautiful living area that Enjoy beautiful sunsets from your private dock. Walk into this amazing open floor plan with living, dining and kitchen all in one comfortably stylish space. The master bedroom is very large with king bed and an immense master bath suite - it is the epitome of opulence. The master also has a large bean bag bed to sleep an extra person! The expansive master bedroom has sound views, a large master bath with large walk in shower and separate whirlpool tub, granite countertops, double vanity and separate make-up area. The large master closet, with built-ins, is truly impressive. From the master you have access to the outdoor deck and the indoor dining and living areas. The 2nd bedroom is very large also and perfect for kids with a twin over full bunk bed. On the 2nd floor you will find 3 additional bedrooms, another large open living area (with pull out queen sleeper sofa and 2 pull out love-seat twin sleeper sofas), 2 additional bathrooms, and access to a 3rd covered balcony that overlooks the water also. From the 2nd floor living area you will again have to chose to either watch dolphins go by or your favorite shows because there is another large (65”) flat screen video streaming ready TV. The Dr. Suess bedroom is perfect for the kids with 2 twin over full bunk beds sleeping a total of 4 guests! This room connects with the 2nd guest bedroom with a Jack and Jill bathroom. The 2nd and 3rd guest suites upstairs both have a Queen bed. I would say that it would be nice to stock up on basic essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing liquid/dishwasher pods and laundry detergent. We had to go buy our own which wasn't ideal because we were traveling and obviously didn't bring this all with us. The kitchen only had olive oil and no other condiments. The listing did communicate this to us but it still should be mentioned since we were at the grocery store alot. The blender wasn't working and they bought us a new one aswell as propane for the firepit that was empty when we got there. Overall its an amazing house though, very close to the beach and we had a great stay. Thank you for hosting us. ##### Nita H. Location is great too with direct access to the Intercoastal canal and a 5 minute walk to the beach. The only issue we had is that the property lacks supplies. There are no beach towels available, no board games and they only have two beach chairs for a house that sleeps 13+. Other than this, we loved the house and our stay here! ##### Egea-Guihur E. We had a brief issue with the condition of the pool, it was in need of cleaning as there was a decent amount of sand in the bottom. Management was easy to reach, and they had someone out the next day to clean. The location of the home is wonderful! Having access to the bay was perfect, and a super easy short walk to the beach, food, shopping, and entertainment! We would stay here again. ##### Maggie H. We had a large group of 6 adults and 12 kids and the house accommodated is perfectly! We had an amazing stay at Aquamarine Bliss! While there were minor things I'd change (more kitchen utensils/pans/pot holders (for taking pans out of oven), better cushions for patio furniture), none of it got in the way of everyone having a wonderful time! House was clean and spacious, pool was great and the location to the beach, food, etc. was perfect. We saw dolphins daily in the bay and loved watching all the other wildlife from the dock/floating in the bay!! There was plenty of room for 2 families 10 people total. Pier and Kayaking right in your back yard. Short walk across the street to a perfect beach area. It was clean and not busy at all. Take condiments and extra paper towels and toilet paper if you're going to stay for more than a few days. Nice pool to take a dip in after a hot day at the beach. ##### melanie m. However house could use new outdoor patio furniture and cushions. Also house sleeps approx 22 people but there were only 2 chairs at pool. We had to change out a few light bulbs for more lighting in front of home and pull a few weeds out of the driveway. I choose this house for a small reception and would have preferred to not complete maintenance items. Overall it was lovely. ##### Tamara J. Thanks Paige!! It's an awesome house and spring break approved! Tons of space, a plethora of beds, multiple decks to hang out on, kids hangout area with TV, easy walk to beach and just a hop into town. Kitchen is awesome although it could use some better cooking pans and utensils. We wanted to grill but there was no propane in the tank and grill was overdue for a cleaning. Small inconveniences we took in stride. Everyone enjoyed the place and had a great time. Highly recommended!! ##### Joel G. It is spacious and clean and has enough beds for a large group. The neighborhood was nice, clean and quiet. The neighbors were nice as well. It is not far from any of your stores that you would need to go to and it's not far from the main Beach. We cooked every day and had enough pots and pans to do so. It was clean. Whatever issues we had were promptly taken care of by the friendly staff. We are a family of 6 adults and 2 children. There was plenty of room for all of us. The beach is 2 minutes away and sooo beautiful!! We ran, jogged, walked, beachcombed there every morning. Our granddaughters really enjoyed the boards trying to ride the surf. The deck on the sound is a plus. Note there are no food items but plenty of cookware. We would definitely stay here again. We had a very good time in Pensacola. First trip to Florida for many of us and a great treat after below zero temperatures in our northern home! ##### Mavis G.
