Note, there are stairs, and an elevator, but because of the layout, you will be using the stairs at least part of the time. Close proximity to the beach, fairly quiet neighborhood. Our only issue was the kitchen, a previous renter had dumped fish remains into the trash receptacle carelessly, and the smell was difficult to remove. ##### Peter D.
