Check-in was easy, and a broken grill was quickly repaired the next day. Unfortunately, the dock access described in the listing was misleading, as the owner’s boats occupied the entire dock, forcing us to bring our boat from Day Break daily and miss evening cruises. We also received an unexpected ordinance violation when paddleboards and a kayak were left on what turned out to be public beach access during lunch. No water sports equipment was left on the beach overnight!
