GUEST ACCESS: Guests will be given access codes to the Emerald Isle’s secure parking lot. Parking is free but vehicles must be registered. We may be able to accommodate up to 3 cars but please check with the host and the condo first. Guests will also be given unique access codes to the building and to the condo. You will be able to enjoy the entire unit.  
  
GETTING AROUND: You’ll be situated near one of the main thoroughfares on Pensacola Beach, running parallel to the coastline and providing easy access to the island’s attractions, restaurants, shops, and beaches. You can just walk to the boardwalk and nearby shops and restaurants. Trolleys are available free of charge during the summer months. If you want to explore other nearby places or downtown Pensacola, we recommend bringing your own car for the greatest flexibility.  
  
Pensacola International Airport is 20 minutes away, the Naval Air Station, 30-35 minutes, and Perdido Key, 45-50 minutes.  
  
THE NEIGHBORHOOD: Emerald Isle Resort is a well-known beachfront condominium complex. The resort features a range of amenities including two beachfront swimming pools, a hot tub, a fitness center, and private beach access. Condo is right in the middle of shopping/restaurants, but also very quiet & peaceful. Oceanfront view, gated, private & very nice rooms. Owner was very nice & accommodating. Great communication!! We highly recommend this owner & this condo!!

Great condo, close to everything. The unit was clean and maintained. Since going in the spring, and it being a bit cold, it was nice to have a heated pool option. The owner communicated important information great and was quick to respond. We really enjoyed using the complementary beach chairs. Would definitely recommend!

This was our first time to Pensacola. It was a great experience. The property manager was very open with communication before, during and after our stay. The property was very clean especially for being on the beach! The property is well maintained and updated. The condo had everything you can ask for during a stay. Check in and out was a breeze. The pools are well taken care of. 9.75/10 will happily stay there again.
