Beach Supplies: Use of the owner’s beach cart and 4 Beach Chairs are included with your stay. However, should any item become lost, or should a chair become unavailable due to loss, broken, or if it is just not your style or similar there will be no refund as the use provided is at the courtesy of the owner. If you want to hit the beach, just ask and we’ll toss in some beach towels too! Community Amenities: Charcoal grill, elevator, pool, beach access, gym, tennis/pickleball/basketball and shuffleboard courts, coin washer & coin dryer, outdoor dining and fire pit. Here’s what to expect: Your vacation property is supplied with two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo and bath soap enough for the first 24 hours. Also, a starter supply of paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, and dish soap. Each unit has clean bedding, bath towels (beach towels upon request) and a fully stocked kitchen. That said, although you will have a coffee maker, filters and coffee cups, your favorite coffee blend will likely not be found in the cabinet. All units are provided with smart televisions. You are encouraged to bring your own streaming log in information as you may be more familiar and comfortable with their operation. Get to Know the Area: The Pensacola Beach condo is a more peaceful option for those who want to stay away from the crowded beaches. This makes it a perfect vacation spot for visitors looking for a quiet getaway. It is a 5-minute walk to the beach, public access across the street (beach cart provided), making it the perfect place to stay. This unit is conveniently located near the free Pensacola Beach Trolley stop. You need to know: Check-in time: Typically, Between 3:00 and 4:00 Government-issued photo identification will be required at check-in. Guest must review and sign the Rental Agreement at check-in. Check-out time: 10:00 These times are strictly enforced to allow for preparation of our next arrival. Late departures must be authorized by ECG and are not permitted in the summer months. Important Information: Due to insurance liability requirements, minimum age for the reservation is 25 yrs. old. NO smoking/vaping of any kind inside the property this includes balconies. No Pets No parties are allowed. Snowbirds Accepted. Property is self-catering. Only starter supplies provided. Sabine HOA allows 2 guest parking spots. Other things to note: While we recognize the very real need for Emotional Support Animals, unfortunately, we must decline all pets. Donna was so easy to work with and had great communication before, during, and after our stay. Easy check in process. Super spacious and clean condo. Great location to the beach access and many restaurants. Shuttle stop across the street or call one of the golf carts who work for just tips to take you where you want to go. Beach was not overly crowded and view from our balcony was spectacular. We saw dolphins every day. Love all of the beach equipment already at the condo (wagon, chairs, sand toys, boogie board, beach towels, umbrellas, even a cooler). Pool and grilling areas were also nice. Condo was stocked with everything we needed and more! Elevators and were quick and laundry facility was nice and clean. We will definitely stay here again. ##### Rachel W. We really enjoyed the view from the balcony and the condo had everything we needed to be able to just sit back and relax. Shout out to Donna Printiss who stayed in touch with us throughout our entire stay even texting to let us know about the Blue Angels who "buzzed" the beach! She really made our trip enjoyable. The view was amazing, as was Donna, our host. She even alerted us to a Blue Angels fly by so we wouldn't miss it! Our only negative was construction noise early on nearby rooms on 3 mornings. I think it was just the time of year for renovations. The views from every room were gorgeous! Beds were comfortable, really nice showers, kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and cookware, and we appreciated having a cart, beach chairs and umbrella provided.
