Located just steps from the beautiful white sands and clear water of Pensacola beach, this updated 4 bedroom, 3 full bathroom town home has plenty of space to entertain the whole family. The home's balcony overlooks the pond where families can enjoy feeding the ducks, fish, and turtles. The kitchen contains a complimentary coffee bar for guests to enjoy. Guests will have access to 2 pools on the property each of which have free Wifi. The space Gated community with access to both pools and beach access. There is a pond stocked with fish and turtles. The garage fits 3 large vehicles and possibly 4 smaller ones. Additional parking is nearby. Guest access Both pools are accessible and has free WiFi. Our family was there for a wedding. The beach was about a half a block away and the pool was right outside our front door. It was a gated community so you needed a code to get in. We loved it! Nice big table. Living room was nice and we had 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. Worked out good for us. Some restaurants were close, along with grocery stores, etc., but you had to drive. Off our balcony was a pond/little lake with turtles and fish in it. We bought turtle food at WalMart so we could feed them. We would definitely rent this condo again! ##### Lisa S.
