Awsome location, stayed at the Portofino many times, never in this unit. Floors had not been cleaned in some time, sandy and dirty. They would turn your feet black, everyone had to wear shoes inside. Floors on balcony were sticky and very dirty. Counter tops were the same way and to think I was charged a 200 plus dollar cleaning fee, wow. ##### William W.
