Fall and Winter Rates! Completely renovated 3-bedroom, 3 bath condominium on the 14th floor with views of both the Gulf and the sound. There is a large balcony with outside grill, having west looking views of beautiful sunsets. The unit has upscale amenities including a double oven and a quiet Bosch dishwasher. The master suite bath has a rain shower head and separate dual shower heads with a bench seat. There is an expanded bathroom in the smaller bedroom suite, with a soaking tub in the bathroom attached to the bedroom with 2 beds. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV, with a 75" TV and fireplace in the living area, to create the perfect ambiance. The dining area has a bar with wine refrigerator, perfect for entertaining in the evenings, and for use as a coffee station in the mornings. There is both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig. There are blackout shades throughout the unit. While, of course, there is a table in the dining area, you may prefer to enjoy your meals on the table on the balcony, while you watch boats pass on the sound and enjoy the reflection of lights on the water. There is a view of wetlands to the west and the Tower 1 private pool from the balcony, with views of the Gulf behind them. Each three-bedroom/3 bathroom Sky Home is a luxurious condo suite, offering 2,034 square feet of space, including a 472-square foot balcony. Every room in every Sky Home has a water view. No Sky Home sits below the fifth floor. Spacious and comfortable, each Sky Home is at least twice as wide as a typical beach condo. With private water-view balconies, each is equipped with all the conveniences you'd expect to find in a premier resort, including spacious closets with extra linens and pillows, as well as a dishwasher, washer/dryer and much more. Every room has its own full bathroom for Sky Home common-area use. Each of Portofino's five Mediterranean-inspired towers features its own exclusive outdoor pool and revitalizing whirlpool spa, plus covered parking for your convenience. Bedding is King, Full Full, Queen and Sleeper Sofa. Guests have full access to the Resort and its amenities. Complimentary use of the fitness center, 5 Hydro Clay Tennis Courts, Beaches on Gulf of Mexico and on the Santa Rosa Sound. The Lifestyle Center is the heart of Portofino where the restaurants (Coastal and Al Fresco) are located along with the onsite Starbucks, Indoor Heated Pool, Spa, Fitness Center, Market and Concierge are all located here. Portofino is situated on 28 beautiful acres in Pensacola Beach between the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico and the gentle shores of Santa Rosa Sound. It is also adjacent to the pristine Gulf Islands National Seashore. The land itself is called Santa Rosa Island; it is the world’s largest barrier island. Portofino’s beautiful waterfront location, stunning accommodations, world-class resort amenities and customized service standards – make it a natural indulgence. No other resort is located on the Gulf of Mexico, the Santa Rosa Sound and the Gulf Islands National Seashore. We did struggle a little in the kitchen as knives were very dull and the heating element in the stove was not working properly. Maintenance did come and fix it Friday after the holiday.
