The adjacent kitchen is sleek and sophisticated, featuring quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and seating at the island for casual breakfasts or evening snacks. A dining table for eight offers space to gather for meals and memories, or take your dining outdoors to the private balcony, complete with a dining table and an electric grill. A built-in wet bar with a wine cooler and coffee station sits just off the dining area, perfect for slow mornings or evening pours.
