Relax on the back deck in the afternoon with direct views of Pensacola Sound or enjoy your coffee in the morning overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. San Deluna 18 is just a short walk to sitting on either beach. The complex San Deluna is a smaller private complex and offers a pool and tennis courts. The unit has just been remodeled with a relaxed coastal modern decor and is fully functional for a short or long term stay. All the items necessary to enjoy your stay are included: coolers, paddle boards, bikes, beach chairs, and umbrellas all there for your personal use. The unit has a large king bedroom with an attached bathroom. The queen bedroom also has an attached bathroom and additional twin daybed. All rooms have new wall mounted TV's. There is a new sleeper sofa and half bath downstairs. The washer and dryer are located on the main floor. Contact me with any questions. We would love to have you stay. The proximity to the beach and the sound was literally steps away from either the front or back door. Anything you could need for your stay was provided from super soft beds to sand toys for the beach and all things in the kitchen to cook if you choose. Super clean, and updated throughout the entire condo. Super relaxing and quiet location but still not far from everything. Keith was great to keep in touch and provided great recommendations for some places to eat. He was beyond accommodating the entire stay from beginning to end. Keith was available if we needed anything, but everything was great so we did not have to reach out for anything. We also had a special happy sent to us for staying. Keith’s condo is the perfect drive down the coast. Great location with beach on one side and bay on the other, both within walking distance. The house was a good size for my family of four. The back porch was AMAZING. The sun hits it all day but does not at evening. Definitely great place to relax in the evening listening to the waves. Bonus is the amenities Keith provides. My kiddos enjoyed the paddle boards. We never made it to ride the bikes but will do next time we come for a visit. I enjoyed the covered parking and the shower outside to wash off sand. I highly recommend staying here. Will definitely be coming back! ##### Kathleen L.
