Just a short walk to the Gulf, this spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bath home is designed with comfort, style, and fun in mind. With room for up to 13 guests, it’s the perfect escape for families or groups looking to unwind and reconnect on beautiful Pensacola Beach.  
  
Step into the bright, coastal-inspired living room, where oversized windows fill the space with natural light and offer views of lush palms and neighboring beach homes. Thoughtfully furnished with three plush sofas, this welcoming space is ideal for gathering after a day in the sun.  
  
The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, plus a breakfast bar with seating for four and a cozy dining nook. Step outside to the private balcony, where a large dining table is perfect for sunset dinners or morning coffee with a breeze.  
  
Beyond the main living area, your private backyard oasis awaits. A heated pool (with additional fee) shaded pergola, sun loungers, and an outdoor shower make it easy to relax and recharge. Fire up the Blackstone grill on the balcony and dine al fresco on the spacious deck, or simply soak up the Florida sunshine poolside.  
  
The primary bedroom includes a king-sized bed, access to the balcony, a walk-in shower, and a spacious walk-in closet. The second bedroom features a queen bed, flat-screen TV, and a vanity table that doubles as a convenient desk. A guest bathroom with a shower/tub combo is nearby. The third bedroom offers another queen bed and a flat-screen TV, while a sleeper sofa in the living room provides extra space for larger groups.  
  
Downstairs is designed for both comfort and fun. One area has a king-size bed, while the other features a unique tri-bunk with two king beds and a twin—great for kids or extra guests. A spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower makes it easy for everyone to get ready. Just steps away, the game room has a pool table, foosball, and ping pong to keep everyone entertained after a day at the beach.  
  
For added convenience, there’s also a washer and dryer in the hallway to make longer stays a breeze. Whether you’re exploring the Gulf or staying in to lounge by the pool, this home has everything you need for an effortless, laid-back coastal getaway.  
  
While daily housekeeping service is not provided, the unit is stocked ONCE with the following amenities. (1) Sponge • (1) Palmolive Dish Soap • (1) Surf Laundry Powder • (1) Dishwasher Detergent • (1) Regular Coffee & Decaf Coffee • (1) Condiments Kit • (1) Kitchen Towel • Paper towels (1 roll) • Facial Tissues (1 pack)
