Very technologically advanced sound system, TVs, all brand new appliances, all of which are designed to acccommodate large groups (3 fridges and 2 dishwashers, 2 washers and dryers etc), ice maker. Beautifully decorated as well as comfortable! Pool is lovely right on the sound with a gate to a "baby beach" sand area on the sound. House equipped with anything you could want/need including beach chairs, kayaks, paddle boards, beach towels, sand toys, floaties, etc. Lovely bath and body products also provided as well as basics such as laundry detergent, sponges, dish detergent, etc. Only thing missing was basic cooking ingredients like salt and pepper, spices, etc. and no kleenexes - otherwise the home can accommodate any kind of event or activity - truly an amazing place for a beach vacation! ##### Kelley P. It's huge and has plenty of space for dinner gatherings. The kitchen had everything we needed for making huge meals for all of our guests. The kitchen panty was spacious enough for all of our groceries and the laundry rm with 2 washers & dryers was perfect for all the kids and towels. The bedrooms were great with closets and hangers in each. We found a blow up mattress for the upstairs living rm area, but did need some sheets and blankets for it. I would suggest a few more throw blankets for the common areas. Overall, a wonderful stay! The beach area was perfect for launching the paddle boards and kayaks. The house really did have EVERYTHING we could think of needing. Beautiful views and the pool area was perfect too. The trek to the beach on the gulf side of the island was longer than we usually like, but only a 3 minute drive. Certainly one of the best rentals we have ever used in 30 years!
