Also, there is no place you can sit outside in comfort, no shade anywhere, a pergola or triangle shade would be awesome on that corner deck. There is no shade and no fans so sitting outside for coffee or anything was unbearable. Also the beds were super comfy but the pillows were not. When we originally scheduled our stay, I swear there was a hot tub listed, but there wasn't one there. Overall the place is nice and convenient and a very short walk to the beach. The house is fantastic. It is far enough away from the hotels and restaurant areas to be quiet but close enough that you could get there with a 5 min drive. The walk to the beach was only about 3 minutes and we ended up just carrying our bags instead of pulling our wagon since the walk was so short. Loved the outdoor shower. The beds were comfortable and included quality bedding. Small TVs in the bedrooms and only DirectTV in the living room and master but that wasn’t a problem because we weren’t there to watch TV. They had an abundance of games to play. Full size washer and dryer were a bonus. The rental agency, Beach Bums, was awesome. Wrap-around balcony was very big and a perfect place to grill on. However, our group used the hot tub on the first night and the next day all of us woke up with a strange red rash (after googling we concluded it was most likely folliculitis, which is commonly caused by an improperly-cleaned hot tub). Overall, slightly disappointed because every other aspect of the house is superb. Just wished the hot tub would be up to standard, ##### Stephen Y. We did not have great weather but we made the best of it. Walking distance to the beautiful beach. The hot tub was great. The kitchen with open plan made it great for cooking and all being together. BUT, what sold me was the House, the thought of the upper balcony off the master, only to find out that only the first floor is part of the rental. I would not have paid that much for just the first floor, which was not clearly, OR not at all listed. So a surprise to us. The owners (living on the top floor) where really nice folks though.
