It was spacious, clean, and very conveniently located to everything we needed to access on the beach. We were able to walk across the street vs putting our toddler in a car seat to and from the beach which made such a difference. It was very clean and the furniture was very comfortable. The balcony is extra large and can be accessed by sliders in both bedrooms and the living room which is fantastic!
