Possibly a note or something early in the process to say "here is what to expect....." If something was provided like that, I never saw it. It was nice and clean upon our arrival, had a very well stocked kitchen and all the comforts of home. If we had to complain about one thing, it would be the AC unit. We hardly ever had the doors open, but it seemed to have trouble keeping up and caused the unit to feel and smell damp. The AC kept giving an alert that there was high humidity in the unit and at night we all got hot and sweaty. It would be worth the owner looking into as it could be a deal breaker for some. Easy walk to beach. Watched the blue angels fly by a few times. Well stocked with soap, toilet paper, dish and laundry supplies. A few beach toys for the kids. Plenty of pans and kitchen utensils. Beds were comfortable. The cons - It needs a good scrub of the showers and floors. It’s hard to keep clean with all the sand, I’m sure. We wore shoes or socks in the unit. No mop or dark towels on premises, or I’d have mopped myself. Dusty construction materials under the master bed. Community pool was not clean, so never swam there. When we received a text about how everything was, I mentioned these things and received no reply. The location is just steps from the Gulf of America. The two bedroom condo is well stocked with everything you need. It’s not a luxury property but very comfortable.
