Gorgeous Gulf front 4 bedroom luxury townhouse with private elevator**

This is a true beachfront property at White Sands on Pensacola Beach. This luxury beachfront 4 bedrooms / 3 bathroom townhouse sleeps up to 12 and is equipped with amenities to make for a comfortable vacation. Equipped with a private elevator, to lift you from the large garage to two floors of living space, this vacation rental property has 4 bedrooms with 3 full baths. There is a TV in every bedroom. The master bedroom features a master bathroom, and private balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. You will enjoy an enchanting view of the white sands of the Gulf coast.

Here you have a private garage on the first floor, plus 2 floors of living space above. On the second floor of three, you have a kitchen outfitted with granite counter-tops, a living area w/access to your own deck overlooking the white sand beaches, dining area, full bathroom, and bedroom 1 of 4 with access to a private balcony. On the top floor which is the third floor, you have the master bedroom, with access to the master bedroom private balcony plus in suite master bathroom, as well as bedrooms 2 and 3 with access to a shared balcony, and the 3rd full bathroom.

***E-Bike rentals are available for $150 per bike for 1 week. Or 4 Bikes for $500/week***

We offer a 3 to a 4-night minimum stay except from May 31,2025 until August 9, 2025, which is a 7-night minimum stay, Saturday to Saturday only

Special monthly rates available from January until March 1. Monthly Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 120 days before the arrival date will receive a full refund.  Cancellations less than 120 days from the arrival date forfeit all payments made.

Great location, close to restaurant's and shopping. The house was really nice, spacious, clean and the huge garage was awesome! We have a 23 feet GMC Denali 3500 truck and was able to park it into the garage which helped so much with unloading and packing when we left. Access to the beach was right there at the back door of the house. Enjoyed our stay.

This was a beautiful place to stay. Views are fantastic.Access to beach fantastic. We had a hard time figuring out the elevator, but that was just us. The doors going into the house didn’t unlock most of the time causing some concern. The property manager said they would look into it.

This was the perfect location beachfront rental. I loved how stocked the kitchen was. The place was a bit dingy but I’m not complaining they allowed pets. Lots of parking and beach supplies.

For the rate we paid, it would have been nice to have some of the little things "vamped up a bit" for instance, the toilet paper and paper towels were the lowest quality. The dishes, utensils were not clean. It's as if the cleaning staff are not required to check these items before each new guest.The carpet was badly stained upstairs, perhaps owner should contemplate replacing, or lowering the nightly rate.the location was amazing! the private garage and elevator were special perks! Overall, ok, but we have stayed in nicer, cleaner places on the beach for less.

This home was perfect for 3 small families. It was very well stocked and was right on the beach walkover. We had a minor plumbing issue and the manager had a plumber out ASAP. Would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for beach front and doesn’t need a pool.

Property and surroundings was perfect and exactly what we had hoped for in October. Only issue was the beds in the room with two beds. The mattresses need replaced. Everything else was wonderful!! The elevator was a God send!!
