This allows you to stay part of the group whether you are blending your favorite drinks in the kitchen, feasting on dinner at the dining table, or watching a movie on the flat screen in the living room. You will find that you have beautiful views of the beach from just about every location in the home. Large panoramic furnished balcony, with unobstructed views as far as the eye can see. Living area features open floor plan. Wi-Fi, high speed internet, and 3 Smart TV’s. Fully equipped kitchen. Your vacation property is supplied with two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo and bath soap enough for the first 24 hours. Also, a starter supply of paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, and dish soap. All units are provided with smart televisions. You are encouraged to bring your own streaming log in information as you may be more familiar and comfortable with their operation. Check-in time: Typically, Between 3:00 and 4:00 You need to know: All check-in information will be texted with the number provided on day of arrival Government-issued photo identification will be required at check-in. Our family booked this condo last minute and we seriously couldn’t have had it any better!! W have kids ranging from 17 down to 3 so this place was spacious, quiet, very clean, supplied with all you need in the kitchen, wagon and beach chairs to take to the beach, and extra beach towels! Donna with Emerald Coast Getaways was very good at communicating and would highly recommend booking this condo again!! The pool was huge and not full at all. Our kids loved it!! We also took advantage of the tennis/pickleball courts! There is a walking /biking path that we used as well. The walk to the beach is very short! Lastly, THE VIEW….AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING!!! Loved the balcony and the views you could get from both the ocean side and bay side. Our sons loved the fishing from the dock at the condo and the short walk across the road to the beach.
