The home was wonderful — very clean, beautifully decorated, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The pool was fantastic once it was up and running, and we especially appreciated the floaties available for everyone to use — such a thoughtful touch that made the experience even more fun and relaxing!Communication was excellent throughout our stay. You were always quick to respond to questions, which we truly appreciated and made everything so easy.The only issue we experienced was the hot tub, which unfortunately wasn’t holding water and never worked during our stay. Otherwise, this absolutely would have been a 5-star experience. I'm not worried about the bugs, but the cleaning crew could do a better job of sweeping. And the hot tub was filthy and the water level was too low to run the thing. House easily accommodated our family of 12\. The pool was amazing, kitchen well equipped(loved the two stoves and blender). Overall, we had a pleasant time. One suggestion would be to use a label maker for the light switches. We had not idea how to turn off lights, breakers in bathrooms, etc. ##### christine C.
