We use a Professional Cleaning Service to ensure that every corner of your rental is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment. Your vacation property is supplied with two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo and bath soap enough for the first 24 hours. Also, a starter supply of paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, and dish soap. Each unit has clean bedding, bath towels (beach towels upon request) and a fully stocked kitchen. All units are provided with smart televisions. You are encouraged to bring your own streaming log in information as you may be more familiar and comfortable with their operation. There were lots of extra things that made it so nice….air fryer, hand soaps at each sink, and Pam just to name a few. Donna was outstanding and is fabulous with communication! We were in town for our nephews wedding and decided to stay beach side. This is a lovely property that is super well equipped with everything you would need for a seamless trip. The condo was as described, great location, clean and perfect for our family. It was well stocked with all the kitchen equipment we needed. Donna the property manager was very responsive and helped us with 2 issues that came up during our trip, we could not have asked for better service. My children especially enjoyed the heated pool as it was still kinda chilly. We were so thankful for the umbrella and chair service that was included! Emerald Isle is a fantastic place to stay- conveniently located within walking distance to shops and restaurants! However, what made this a 5-star experience was this condo, its owner, and property manager! The condo is BEAUTIFUL and clean. You can tell it is loved by it’s owner and not just a “rental property.” The property manager, Donna, was an absolute pleasure to work with!
