Sleeping Arrangements The Gulf-front primary bedroom features a king bed and direct balcony access with breathtaking beach views. The en-suite bath includes a shower/tub combination. The second bedroom offers a spacious bunk setup with a full-size bed over a queen, maximizing comfort and sleeping space, and the third bedroom includes a luxurious king bed All bedrooms have a smart flat screen TV. All bedrooms have plenty of closet space. The guest bathroom has a shower/tub combo. This unit has an in-suit washer and dryer, linens, towels, and beach towels are provided. Our balcony patio has seating for 6, perfect for dolphin watching or taking in one of Pensacola Beach's beautiful sunsets. Our family loves it, our friends love it, and we want you to love it too! Here’s what to expect: Cleanliness is a top priority for travelers. We use a Professional Cleaning Service to ensure that every corner of your rental is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment. Your vacation property is supplied with two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo and bath soap enough for the first 24 hours. Also, a starter supply of paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, and dish soap. All units are provided with smart televisions. You are encouraged to bring your own streaming log in information as you may be more familiar and comfortable with their operation. Beach Supplies: Use of the owner's beach cart and 4 Beach Chairs and a variety of beach toys are included with your stay. However, should any item become lost, or should a chair become unavailable due to loss, broken, or if it is just not your style or similar there will be no refund as the use provided is at the courtesy of the owner. If you want to hit the beach, just ask and we’ll toss in some beach towels too! Check-in time: Between 3:00 and 5:00 Check-out time: 10:00 These times are strictly enforced to allow for preparation of our next arrival. All guests and belongings must be out of the unit as housekeeping arrives promptly to prepare for the next guest. Late departures must be authorized by ECG and are not permitted in the summer months. Important Reservation Requirements 25 years or older to rent this property. \*This property is NOT AVAILABLE for rent to those under the age of 25\. No Exceptions.\* Please note the following requirements to complete your reservation: Government-issued photo identification is required at check-in. CANCELLATIONS POLICIES Holiday reservations are non-refundable, Blue Angels, 4th of July, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, Thanksgiving, and Memorial Day. Bad weather is Non-refundable. We parked our vehicle and didn't have to get back in it until we left. Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. Donna, the property host was amazing. She was able to get us into the property earlier than expected and stayed in constant communication. We will definitely return. ##### Gail H. The view was amazing and the easy access to the beach was unbeatable. The condo was equipped with all of the amenities of home and made our stay very comfortable. Donna was a joy to work with! She even gave us a heads up about a surprise Blue Angels fly-by on the last evening of our stay which was an awesome way to end a wonderful stay! ##### Holly W.
